Just an FYI for any Canadians thinking of ordering from GoodGood that you'll be charged crazy import fees and duties. Not sure if this is a new thing that is happening because I've ordered from them before and haven't had this issue, but I got charged $115CAD from FedEx 1 month after receiving my order that was around $200CAD. Reached out to their support and they didn't do anything about it, which to me is crazy because they don't have any warnings or information about it on their website.

Good very nice

I paid a relatively high price for a jar of Good Good Raspberry Jam. It is horrible. The color is off -- a bit lavendar, product is runny, and the flavor is indescribable, certainly doesn't taste like raspberries. I grow raspberries and use sugar substitutes and still get true raspberry flavor. Can't believe the reviews I read about this brand being great.

I like the products, they ship very fast (faster than buying within my own country, and for free for all but very small orders), and the prices usually beat regular retail outlets.

Beware buying from Good Good online. They will sell things expiring within a few months without letting you know. I bought a bulk purchase from them and noticed it was expiring within a few months. Since I bought a lot of their product, I wrote them to see if there was something that could be done. Here is their response copied from their email "We do not look at the product as having a short expiry date if there are more than 60 days left of the product. Therefore your items are up to our standards and I am unable to issue a discount and we do not accept any returns due to food safety."

Keep in mind this policy and their, in my opinion, unsupportive customer support.

Edit : After my review, they offered a $40 refund. I appreciate the partial refund and at the same time there's no change in their policy and a bad review was required for them to respond in a considerate way.

I’ve been on Keto on and off for 20 years. This time around there are lots more Keto products on the market and I have an incredibly sweet tooth so I’ve literally tasted every bar I can find and this Good Good bar is THE best. I can usually tell a Keto bar a mile off as they are either not sweet or very chalky so I was amazed how good this chocolate bar is. The salted caramel is my favourite but the banana bar is also incredible. I have now stopped looking for new chocolate bars for Keto and I just order from Good Good because I know they are the best. Also customer service is excellent and there are quite often good deals on boxes so the price is great. I can’t recommend this company highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
