I received an incorrect item that was ordered

The delivery I received included an incorrect item (which was of less value than what I ordered). I have tried contacting them for a week and haven’t heard anything back. All I have left to do is to visit their store when I am back in London to try and sort this problem. Very poor customer service and it’s a shame to read that others have experienced the same issue. I will not be placing an order with them again.

SHAM COMPANY

What a rubbish way this store runs. Would advise no one to order on line. It’s now 1 month since they received my return and still no refund. Can’t speak to anyone and they don’t respond to emails.
I bought this through Klarna and they are now in dispute with them. I’m going to have to get on to my bank as they have taken 2 payments off me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Placed an order for some travis scott green trainers and with 1-3 days delivery selected as these were a gift. Day 3 came and didn't hear anything so decided to email the store to which Edd responded within 10 minutes and had my items packed and shipped. Whilst this store gets alot of heat, I cannot complain about their service because they responded really well and were willing to help. Thank you Edd for the help in getting these to me

Have had horrendous treatment from Goodhood and basically been ignored despite numerous requests for a response. Purchased a gift for our son a few days ago which wasn’t suitable so requested that if we sent the item back we could use credit to buy something else online. We live over 4 hours from London. Were told no- not possible and have had no other correspondence. At no point during the transaction were we informed of this.
Have purchased many gifts in the past and from previous store.
Appalled that you can’t be bothered to help with a really easy request.
Will never visit again

Suddenly, they canceled the order without reason, showing no empathy or regard. This was a terrible first experience, and I will never shop with this business again. I wish I had read these reviews earlier.

Poor placed order no answer to emails and delivery delayed

Placed an order which is advertised as DHL express delivery three days on no item all ive had is an email saying its delayed no indication of timescales tried emailing the company several times and NO RESPONSE first time ordering from them wish I didnt bother

Returns are expensive

Ordering and receiving my order were fine, but the return was annoying because I had to pay another £6 postage, having already paid £6 postage when I ordered. Therefore I was £12 out of pocket.

Postage and packaging was good

Postage and packaging was good. Delivery was reasonably quick and I received updates on the status of my order. Package arrived in good condition and well packaged. Was happy with my order and service. Thank you.

Nike limited release footwear from Goodhood

Goodhood had footwear in stock that had just had a limited release, and in my (fairly common) size. Order placed on a Sunday (2 days after release of the footwear) and delivered on the Wednesday, without paying an express fees. Impressed!

I am pleased to write I successfully received my Nike Jordan Union Fragment sneakers from GoodHood within the stated 3 working day delivery timeframe via DHL. I was a little concerned after reading multiple negative experiences however Ryan from the support team did reach out to me within 48 hours to confirm the tracking number and apology for shipping delays. I absolutely love the item and would have given 5 stars however the shipping box was not protected with bubble wrap all round leading to the product box being damaged. Overall a happy customer 👍🏽🙏🏽😊

I want to start off by saying i rarely leave reviews, but after taking a look at goodhoods online reviews i noticed how bad they were.

I was actually quite worried after i bought an early release for the jordan 1 fragment x unions. Got really worried about the negative reviews and started stressing thinking they’d never show up. Ordered on the 27th of February and got delivered on the 3 of march (today). Absolutely perfect cheers.

Obviously every experience will be different but from what I've seen from my first purchase i definitely recommend.

Have visited three times and purchased twice. The security guy who barked at me to get in the queue outside ( Two people in the line) obviously was having a bad day.

Won't be back which is a shame because it is a lovely store with some quirky buys.

Placed order, nothing arrived, no response to chasing, absolutely zero customer care – this went on for 3 months. Had to request a refund via Monzo, which they also challenged(!?). Eventually got a refund thanks to Monzo.

Absolutely shocking from what I thought was a good store – just do not order online from this company.

Refunded after over a month of waiting

I bought two items on sale. After 2 weeks, one suddenly gets refunded, and after I emailed them numerous times to get an update on the order, they send me a notification for a refund on the second item. I paid extra for 2-3 day postage and I can’t believe I’ve waited over a month to realise that none of it will ever come. They’ve offered me a 20% discount code😂 I will never shop from there again, I missed my chance with the sales by waiting for nonexistent products to come
