We started Goodnature for good reason: to see endangered wildlife in New Zealand and around the world flourish again. This means getting on top of a bunch of pests - rats, stoats and possums for starters. We also want to go about it kindly, without using nasty toxins. Highly effective trap with 100% positive kill
This is a highly effective trap with positive kills. In the past, I have used the standard spring loaded trap and it has also worked but not at 100%. I have also tried the water bucket drop trap which works on mice but unfortunately they don't work on rats. Poison are out of the question so this product fits a great niche. If I can suggest an improvement is that for indoor use, I would like the app to notify me of a kill in the notification section of my phone without the need for me to open up the app. This would be handy since the rat problem is infrequent and I don't want a rotting corps to decay over time and leave an unpleasant smell. Notifications can also be good to remind me of a battery replacement as well as perhaps the CO2 cartridge replacement.

Easiest Online order I have ever placed! Simple and clear process selecting main purchase and adding extra items without loosing contact with the original purchase. The backward and forward aspect worked without a hitch. This operation can sometimes be a very frustrating affair on other sites.

Frustrating experience
Tried to log in on my Samsung tablet but kept telling me to try again. When requesting lost password It told me it did not recognize my email address. So tried using the app on my phone and eventually had some success. I found the whole process annoying and was on the verge of giving up.

Tablets aren't supported by our app so that may have been the cause of the issue initially and may have meant your account wasn't created, causing the further issues you saw. Fantastic product with great kill rate
I have used your product for over 4 years and have found both the product and the process of ordering online absolutely brilliant! Great product that has worked consistently well on our small 8 hectare block amidst the Waitakere Ranges with multiple possum kills regularly attained! Highly recommend your product to those doing their best to remove pests from our beautiful little country! Thank you!
