We started Goodnature for good reason: to see endangered wildlife in New Zealand and around the world flourish again. I received your product and I'm VERY confused and disappointed!!! - and the problem was resolved within 24 hours - a thumbs up!!
I received your product and there are ZERO instructions on how to use it / set it up. To do that I need to download your App - i do NOT want to do that. I want 'how to use your product' included in with the product.
At this stage I still have ZERO knowledge on what to do / how to do it
It's useless to me - totally useless!!!!
The next day Thomas sent me the instruction 'manual' great service and I appreciate that he wants to be eco friendly

Hi Diederik, we don't put paper instructions with the A24 Chirp kit as the instructions are in the app and we want to be a bit more ecofriendly. We highly recommend using the app and Chirp as they will let you know that your trap is still catching even if the bodies are being scavenged. I have recently purchased an A24 rat & mouse automatic trap. I have been researching the A24 for a while now to see how effective the trap is, it looks to be a very reliable trapping system. So I decided to purchase a unit with a Chirp kit and optional stand, buying the unit was a very quick process and easy to complete and the trap is on its way to me.😀👍

Purchasing using Goodnature app
If I purchase from inside the app I would expect that it will know it’s me rather than having to log in again once it goes to the browser. That means there’s absolutely no advantage from using the app for shopping.

Hi there, the accounts for the website and app are separate so if you have logged into the website previously on that device it will remember your account details. In saying that, logging into an account isn't required to checkout on the website you can skip it if you prefer! - Thomas

Good Experience
Bought 2 rat traps. Have caught 25 rats in 4 weeks. Now kills have slowed down, along with rat damage. Have had problems with Bluetooth connectivity with chirp. Tech support has been very helpful, offering to replace the chirp unit. I am not to worried about it as I am finding dead rats, am sick of being on my phone, and tired of surveillance capitalism.

It is the slowest web site I have used…
It is the slowest web site I have used in the last 12 months, and I use HUNDREDS of web sites a year.
You have a problem with some pages trying to download data from unpkg.com and it's timing out on almost every page for at least 37 seconds.
I looked at the Chrome network tab and it's clearly happening.
I'm an ex-Product Manager for web development, so please do forward this on to your web development team.
Here is the problem text your Product Manager can add into the customer bug card:
As a customer I want pages to load within 2 seconds so that I do not close the web page and stop GoodNature from earning money.
