Excellent service from Annette at Goods
Excellent service from Annette. If I could give 10 stars I would. I searched every website in the UK for a jacket that I wanted but there was no stock anywhere, I came across Goods by chance on google and emailed them to ask if they could post it to me if I paid the shipping. I had a really fast response from Annette who kindly offered to find out the postal cost and put a jacket away whilst I considered the cost. All I can say is WOW what an amazing kind and superb service thank you so much

The item that was sent is not what I ordered. I ordered White Linen Body Lotion and received Youth Dew body cream. This was a gift for my sister, who loves White Linen. It is too late to change is now because her birthday is tomorrow. Very disappointed
