I will not order from them again. It took twice as long as they said to receive my purse and an additional three weeks to receive the phone case. The phone case was a giant disappointment but return policy here is so bad I will just eat the dollars lost. Buy from them at your own risk

I have been using Goodsvine since a while now and I can vouch for their quality products and amazing customer service! I would recommend them to all my friends and family members.

My first order the Dawson canvas handbag was lost and I’m still waiting on the replacement. Then try ordering again 3 items and have only received one of the 3 items and not a word when other items will be coming.

I like it but my iphone plus doesn’t fit in it

I've ordered several items from Goodsvine and the quality, delivery and service have been great! I will order from them in the future for sure. Products ordered were the Rustic Farmhouse Wood and Slate Board and the Gourmet Cheese Tool Set. Both are beautiful quality! Previously I've ordered miscellaneous barware which has all held up beautifully.

I would suggest everyone avoid this scam company at all costs. I received the bag I ordered (which took FOREVER since apparently it was coming from China), did not like the quality and emailed and asked to return it. I was given instructions and followed them. Once I got an email saying they received the bag back, I inquired how long until I got the refund. They put me through the ringer - even asking for the tracking number on my post office receipt - WHEN THEY HAD THE MERCHANDISE ALREADY. Only when I told them I had no problem involving PayPal, did they refund me.

I ordered a 3XL heated vest in November 2018, with promise time before Christmas, didn't receive product until January 2019. When I received the product it was a size medium, was supposed to be a 3xl. You call the number provided, which is a recording stating to leave a message and someone will email you back. I have tried contacting them multiple times, not to ever receive a call or email back. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a Christmas present on December 9th from this site. It is now December 29th and I still have not received it. When I followed up with the company the week before Christmas to find out where it was, I found out it was still in CHINA!! They informed me then that they order from all over the world, which can delay shipping times. I was not informed before ordering that the item was coming from China. If so, I would NOT have ordered it. After checking the tracking today, I find out that it is now somewhere in NM. Today is December 29th.

I will NEVER, EVER order anything from this company again. Their company and their customer service is BAD! REALLY, REALLY BAD!
