The goodwill in Tucson on 22nd and kolb had closed their restrooms to only employees and they don’t let customers use it.
When I was working in Goodwill, everything was for only customers. Employees were the last. What happened now???!!!!!!
I asked managers but they said CORPORATE
That’s so mean. No customer service
I won’t go there anymore. I hope they go out of business soon
I've been shopping at, and donating to the Goodwill on 7616 N. La Cholla Blvd in Tucson for many years and have never in all those years been treated as rudely, and I would go so far as to say even viciously as I was a week ago when I took two pairs of shoes over to donate them. I've always walked small items around to the side of the building and set them on a cart, and someone always comes out and thanks me and is very kind, but this time when I started to leave a young man (perhaps Hispanic or South American) suddenly came out and began yelling at me for bringing them up on foot. As I said, I've been doing that for many years at that store and I was stunned at his aggressiveness, to the point that I thought he might well try to start a fistfight, so after a bit of back and for dialog with him still yelling at me I just walked away. This was, and remains shocking to me. Had I been at all aggressive with him I am quite sure we would have ended up in a brawl. Goodwill needs to vet their employees prior to hiring because that young man in no way shape or form should be working in the service industry. Frankly he'd be better suited to a fighting ring than pretty much anywhere else in my estimation.
