I couldn’t recommend this service enough. From the moment you arrive you are treated with exceptional customer service and made to feel very welcome. Contacting Go Official is as easy as wassapp messaging a mate, very responsive and helpful. An all round top experience with these guys and I won’t hesitate to use them in the future. Great stuff

Great service and great seats!
I bought 2 tickets to see West Ham v Fulham with a friend. The process was easy, the e tickets arrived in plenty of time. The staff were all friendly, especially the smiley bar staff! The seating was good, comfortable and roomy. Will be returning again !

A great experience
Although I only booked the football ticket the day b4 the game . It came through no problem after I spoke to the staff . I asked abt the program and drink band and told me what to expect when I got there . So I was aware of what to expect as Havnt tried the experience b4 . Thourghly enjoyed the experience from my seat apart from the result .

Booked a ticket for the West Ham vs Fulham Carabao Cup match in the Grest Briton lounge. Only decided to book the evening before the match. Immediate email confirmation and ticket received within 30 minutes. Will 100% be using Go Official again, amazing way to attend a game, lovely lounge, comfortable seats and the option to stay behind in comfort at the end of the match while crowds die down.

Really enjoyed the experience
Really enjoyed the experience, was better than I expected! Our only observation was when we first walked in we were given a wristband and then left to get on with it until we asked about food etc. Would have been nice to have had an explanation as we entered. Staff were all polite and food was great. Would be happy to do it again especially as we now know what to do!

Great experience.
Loads of space to sit and enjoy a beer or two. Plenty of food options and a comfortable padded seat to enjoy the football. Highly recommend and would do it all again

Excellent experience.
Tickets arrived on time and we were upgraded to a VIP ticket/area in the ground. This included a dedicated entrance and bar and a complimentary drink each! Very surprised and very pleased.
