The webpage usually crashes or returns 404/503 or whatever error during the payment process. Then it gets stuck on "waiting for payment" despite none was done. The attempt to retry the payment errors... Voir plus

NIKDY VIAC - NEVER AGAIN

Naša skúsenosť s GoPay je, žiaľ, veľmi slabá – najmä z pohľadu kompetencie a pochopenia zákazníka.

Požiadali sme o navýšenie platobného limitu. Jasne sme vysvetlili, že prevádzkujeme SaaS produkt a zákazníci cez GoPay platia licencie. Namiesto relevantnej reakcie sme dostali generický e-mail s otázkami typu „kde máte sklady“. Sklady. Pre softvér.

Toto nepôsobí ako individuálne zlyhanie, ale skôr ako systémový problém – absencia základného pochopenia biznis modelov, s ktorými pracujú.

Ďalší problém je spoľahlivosť platieb. Opakovane sa stretávame so situáciami, keď platby zákazníkom neprechádzajú bez jasného dôvodu. To má priamy dopad na náš cashflow aj zákaznícku skúsenosť.

Ak má byť platobná brána kritická infraštruktúra biznisu, očakávame:

schopnosť chápať kontext klienta
konzistentnú a funkčnú podporu
stabilné spracovanie platieb

Momentálne máme pocit, že ani jedna z týchto vecí nie je splnená na úrovni, ktorú by sme považovali za akceptovateľnú.

Our experience with GoPay has been disappointing, mainly due to a lack of competence and understanding of customer context.

We requested an increase in our payment limits and clearly explained that we operate a SaaS product, where customers pay for licenses through GoPay. Instead of a relevant response, we received a generic email asking questions like “where are your warehouses located.” Warehouses. For software.

This doesn’t feel like a one-off mistake, but rather a systemic issue – a lack of basic understanding of the business models they are supposed to support.

Another concern is payment reliability. We repeatedly encounter situations where customer payments fail without a clear reason. This directly impacts our cash flow and customer experience.

If a payment gateway is meant to be critical business infrastructure, we expect:

the ability to understand client context
consistent and competent support
stable and reliable payment processing

At the moment, none of these expectations seem to be met at an acceptable level.

i place a order in a shop and transfear…

i place a order in a shop and transfear the money by Gopay Czech. They didnt transfear the money to the shop and i send EMails and dont get information!???

Very bad customer t

I was unable to top up account via debit card - still error. I contacted to customer service - no help. I wanted to delete account, but I can't. When I linked my debit card system added 1 INR and now it's 1 INR ballance, which can't use. Contacted again customer service no help, copy-paste response. Account email iwanczak82 @ gmail.com

I highly do not recommend this service.

Does not accepting common bank cards like Revolut or Wise

This was the third time I wanted to pay with GoPay pay in a slovak webshop, and simply their terminal does not accept my cards.
I get error message that the card is not issued in this region.
So I had to write an email to the support that I will pay upon delivery.

We will verify why the payment did not go through. Normally, it should work via these providers.

I cannot get my money back

I tried to pay for the purchase but it was not proceeded further, nor do they want to give me my money back. I sent e-mails - some of them were answered, some of them were not. When they stopped answering e-mails I called - I was promised to get the answer through e-mail on same day - didn't happen. It's basically a theft at this moment.

edit: This person form gopay who answered me below is the person responsible for this bad service. Notice they don't offer any way of contacting their company. Talk about hipocrisy.

Service is practically unusable

Service is practically unusable. Not working from edge, chrome or opera. Displays a payment failed error on Edge (not working on other browsers at all, ) when the payment is actually made, leading to duplicate payment. This time not working on any browser.

Twice I tried to pay through go pay.

Twice I tried to pay through go pay.
The first time I had to wait 20 minutes before the payment achievement.
The second time the payment has not been successfull.

Nemožnost použít platební kartu

Nemožnost použít platební kartu. Neuvěřitelné. Chci zaplatit za vstupenky, obchod mě přenese na tuhle bránu, kde je však jedinou možností platba bankovním převodem. Přestaňte tedy inzerovat platbu kartou, když ji neumožňujete.
