burhan delivered some top soil from wickes 3 hour rapid delivery.

⚠️ PROOF: HOW GOPHR TREATS DRIVERS – BANNED FOR ASKING TO BE PAID FAIRLY ⚠️
I promised I would show the truth, and here it is — in writing from their own Operations Manager, Cosmin.
My story:
I worked hard for Gophr, delivering for Wickes, Screwfix, and others. I provided my own van, fuel, insurance, and time — I am the face of their company.
1. They underpaid me £18: Their system FAILED to show the Congestion Charge. I paid it out of my pocket. They said "Read the T&Cs, it’s your problem" — until I complained to Wickes Head Office.
2. They underpaid me £14: I did a full return trip, loaded/unloaded, drove the miles. They paid less just because they can. Their own email admits: "We pay less for returns — it is industry standard". That is not a standard — that is theft for work done.
3. They BANNED me for speaking up: Look at the email attached. They threatened me with "Final Warnings" when I asked for my money. Then, the moment I involved their big clients, they paid up… and immediately kicked me off the platform.
This is their business model:
✅ Make errors → Blame driver
✅ Underpay work → Say "it’s standard"
❌ If you complain? BANNED.
They sit in offices, hide behind keyboards, and treat the people who actually run their business like dirt. And they think they can get away with it.
TO WICKES, SCREWFIX & TOOLSTATION:
I have copied your Head of Fulfilment on every email. You now have written proof that your partner:
• Withholds pay
• Lies about system errors
• Intimidates and bans the drivers representing your brand
Is this the kind of company you want delivering your goods?
TO ALL DRIVERS:
DO NOT WORK HERE. Unless you want to be threatened, underpaid, and discarded the moment you ask for basic respect.
I won my money back (£32), but the battle is bigger than me. This company needs to be exposed.
