Paid for expedited shipping

Paid for expedited shipping. That is typically fedex 2 day or usps priority mail being shipped day after order made. So far company did the making of a shipping label, but then does 3 days to a week before giving the item to usps to be shipped. So basically they ripoff the customer who paid for expedited shipping with shipping that ends up taking 9 days (not expedited) because they waited 3-7 days to be shipped. If they do this I recommend doing a merchant dispute for the cost of shipping.

Gorilla mind supporting antisemitism?

Gorilla mind is a company that supports their “sponsored people” like Mark Plummer who are very vocal in their support of Adolf Hitler and antisemitism. They do nothing to deny it and should never be used.

They require a signature for even a tiny order

They require a signature for even small orders. They do not indicate this anywhere. There is zero point in delivery with signature required. It makes it so that I have to put in request to hold it locally and then I have to go pick it up. I'd just go to the store if I knew.

money witholding

I want to share my recent experience with Gorilla Mind’s customer support, hoping it helps others make informed decisions.

On November 28th, I attempted to place an order on Gorilla Mind's website using my Visa card. I received error messages each time, saying there was an issue with my credit card. After four attempts, I gave up.

The next day, I realized that although no order was completed, my card was charged four times ($170 each, totaling $680). These transactions were marked as “pending” in my bank account, meaning the funds were blocked but not fully processed. I immediately contacted their support to resolve the issue.

What Followed:

Their first response stated that they hadn’t received payment and that the holds would automatically drop off within 3–5 business days.

After more than a week with no resolution, I reached out again. I explained that the issue was likely caused by a billing address mismatch during checkout, and I asked them to cancel the pending transactions through their payment gateway.

Their next response simply repeated that they hadn’t received payment and claimed they couldn’t do anything, instructing me to contact my bank.

Despite explaining that the holds originated from their system, they ignored my final message and have since stopped responding.

The funds are still blocked after two weeks, leaving me $680 short during the holiday season. This is a lot of money for eastern europe, and i honestly need them.

While they insist it’s out of their control, most merchants can cancel pending transactions through their payment gateway or payment processor.

I’ve since contacted my bank to escalate the issue, but this experience has been unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing. If you’re considering shopping with Gorilla Mind, be aware that their customer support might not help you if something goes wrong. This is a true and very recent experience, and i have all the data to back it up if necessary.

Got extremely sick, didn't even got my money back

Got extremely sick from one of their products, then one month after they say it was being recalled due to salmonella, than we complaint, than they said it was not a right test. So I asked for a simple refund since besides getting sick I haven't used the product, they refunded only 1/3 of the total cost. Stay away.

They don't Have a Support that Works My…

They don't Have a Support that Works My situation IS that I ordered 28.june and its 10. July and they havent sent The package out. If I Ask whats The case their chatbot answers that The package Will Be sent in 1-5 business days. I would recommend to buy from somewhere Else If u doesn't live on US.

No shipping, over a week after buying

My order is still not shipped, over a week since i ordered. Was told 3 times in the chat it would ship at Any time. Still didn't happend. Money was taken from my account 4 days ago. Chat and email is dead silent, no respond anymore.

Service seriously gone so f. Bad. Won't ever order from them again and I advice You the same!

Ordered product from their website. Was charged, and then never sent product.

Radio silence from the support team, and they even removed negative reviews from their website.

This business has gone massively downhill, and no longer is concerned with providing value to their customers.

First off the product is top of the…

First off the product is top of the line. Most people will love gorillamind products. To say all will is be dishonest but most will have some of the best workouts they've had. They are very informative on their products and keep expanding their lines and improving current product. I've always been someone switching and trying the "next" best pre-workout. Since I tried gorillamode 3 years ago I haven't switched. If you ever have any issues their customer service is top notch also.

Don’t waste your time or money.

My wife and I were really looking forward to supporting a small business from my hometown but will absolutely NOT support a company that can’t return emails about MISSING PRODUCT.

We bought ourselves some goodies and our order was missing items. We have patiently waited two weeks and have sent two emails to their “support team” for them to have zero response.

This is why people struggle to support small business. Call me old school but when I pay for something, I expect them to be in my package.Crazy that they can supply all their influencers with product but can’t make sure the orders they’re sending out to paying customers is accurate.

Great products and phenomenal service

I’m a big fan of the gorila mode preworkout, I honestly think there is nothing like it. Great mental focus during workouts and no jitters or itchiness. The company is very helpful too, responding to questions and does not take long to hear back from them. I’ve been about a year long customer and will continue to support this business.
