I play on this site occasionally and never usually win. However I won £700 a few days ago and withdrew it. I still haven’t received it, it’s still “being processed” whenever you speak to someone they just give you the same speech. I spoke to someone over email (Gary the manager I believe) who told me he will speak to the finance department to expedite it. However since then on the live chat they are telling me he can’t do that nobody’s withdrawal can be sped up and at this point I really do believe I will not receive it. Avoid as chances are you won’t receive your money

I have been waiting for my withdrawel over 6 weeks now was patient have emailed to get reply of there is new verification policies and they are having issues with the financial department its such a shame because I actually think the site and games itself is good. I will update if I get my winnings but im not holding my breath.

Dirty dirty scammers people be aware I have deposited lots of money and made a withdrawal to give me every exuse in the book to hold my funds stating they need 7-21 business days to check my account load of garbage guys scammers thats what these crooks are I wash i checked the reviews before playing don't get done like i have guys you will never ever get your funds from them

My withdrawal has been pending for more than 20 days and they can't seem to pay me MY money.
