Gorvins Residential LLP Avis

I have had a very good experience during the purchase of my buy to let via a SPV. Amonu was brilliant, very responsive and helpful during the whole transaction. This purchase was very hassle free and easy to manage. Their client app where most of the documents were shared and where all communication took place was very easy and simple to use. It allowed for documents to be signed without the need to print. Their progress tracker was also very helpful as it showed where we are in the process as and when there was a movement in the transaction.

My case handler was Ria Statham & from start to finish she has been amazing 👍 very efficient, quick to answer messages back, explaining everything in detail if i didnt understand something, just excellent customer service, I would 💯% use her again, couldn't fault her.

We recently used Gorvins Residential to sell our house and to purchase onward and we could not be gladder we did.
They were absoloutely fantastic from the moment we hired them. Everything was completed prompty and we were always kept well informed, we never felt the need to chase as we were confident they were doing their job effectively.
A special thank you to Emma Hudson and Emily Kourpas who were absoloutely brilliant in dealing with our needs. No problem was too big or too small for them and their response time to everything was impeccable. Would not hesitate in using their services again. Thank you so much to the whole team for making a stressful time less stressful.

Great service, my solicitor Danielle May was excellent throughout the transaction, thank you.

Emily Wilson supported me throughout the process of buying a home. She was very knowledgeable and gave advice when I needed it.
When I phoned the team was pleasant and professional.

Nice working together with Arooj when she was handling my mortgage paperwork. She responded as quickly as possible, and everything went well. Arooj is a good listener, and she is easy to work along with.

The app is very straightforward which makes the whole process clearer and more manageable. Experience was smooth and renewal was completed with no issues.

Excellent and quick service.

Thank you, Mesmine Leussome, for your invaluable support during the house purchase journey. I really appreciate your patience, professionalism, and guidance every step of the way.

I was introduced to Gorvins by our mortgage advisor. My first purchase experience was significantly improved by Femi Oloruntimehin, who managed my case. He consistently provided concise answers to my questions, and his expertise enabled me to receive my keys by the desired date. I would highly recommend Gorvins for their effectiveness.

Highly recommend using Gorvins! I especially recommend Amonu who has been amazing! She’s been on the case from day 1 and must’ve completed one of the quickest house sales in history! She kept us up to date every step of the way and the Gorvins App really helped us communicate throughout. Using Gorvins has helped buying our first home run smoothly! Thank you to the team for all their support!!

Eloise at Gorvins Residential was fantastic throughout our sale and purchase. Professional, responsive and thorough from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

This will be my 4th time useing gorvins and I have to admit my experience hasn’t been great from time to time due to the case handler but Amber Ferguson has been brilliant with any request and explained everything that was needed great to work with would now highly recommend

We are very pleased with the service we received from this solicitor. The team was extremely professional, helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Thank you very much for taking care of everything for us and for all your help and support.

Elaine Hanigan was very professional, effective and efficient in ensuring my remortgage went smoothly and swiftly. Communication on the app was helpful and easy. I was kept informed as matters progressed and the occasional question I had was always answered. Overall a very positive and smooth experience

Emily handled the sale of our property and she was very helpful always on the end of the phone to answer any questions, it did take a long time for everything to be finalised but Emily made sure she chased everything up and kept me informed

Great, Knowledgeable guys 😎

Kimiya handled both the sale of our house in Plymouth and the purchase of our new home in Poole, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor.

She was fantastic throughout the whole process. Communication was always excellent, we always knew what was happening, and we completely trusted that she was on top of everything and getting things done.

There were points where other solicitors in the chain were far less proactive, which could easily have made an already stressful process much worse. Having Kimiya handling things for us made such a difference. She kept everything moving, chased where needed and gave us real confidence that our side of things was being taken care of.

Buying and selling a house is never going to be completely stress-free, but Kimiya made it so much less stressful than it could have been. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Kimiya and Gorvins Residential.
