All these guys were great up until they get your money! Once you give them money, they disappear and their support goes downhill.
When you call them out on their Shady behavior, they block you from your ticket system so you can't contact them anymore.
They refuse to give refunds, so I have been forced to file a chargeback with my bank, as well as a police report for fraud. I will also be finally a complaint with the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau.
