Very bad experience, I would have been better doing it myself. I dont want to say much as I am considering legal action against you guys for not sticking to your 30% rather you earnestly look for ways to short change me in order to deduct more money from me and hide it as administrative fee.

Our fees were calculated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that you signed before we acted on your behalf. These clearly state that our fee for PAYE tax refund services is 30% of the claim value plus VAT.
After receiving your query, we promptly provided a detailed breakdown of the calculation together with a VAT invoice showing both the service fee and the VAT charged.
We do not agree that any hidden or additional fees were applied. The deduction from your refund consisted solely of the agreed service fee and the applicable VAT, as set out in the agreement.
As this matter is the subject of ongoing correspondence, it would not be appropriate to discuss the full details in a public forum. We remain happy to continue corresponding with you directly to address any remaining questions.
