I have been reclaiming my tax refund…
I have been reclaiming my tax refund with Gotax refund for the past three years now. It has been smooth running of exchanging documents and fast delivery of the reclaimed tax for the first two years.
However, I found this year's process sluggish and unorganized, a lot of backs and forths on documents exchange which was tiring and time consuming for me, though my claim has been sent to me after a longer wait than usual.
Anyways, I appreciate your efforts and help in reclaiming my tax refund.
