First time I've used Gotham. Arranged "Meet & Greet" at LGA for my wife visiting a girlfriend. Terrific service by professional, polite, helpful (luggage!) driver Alexander and a perfect ride. Extremely impressed with customer service because I was having an issue choosing the Meet & Greet option on the website. Texted Gotham and got a reply in literally two minutes! What a surprise and what a pleasure dealing with a competent, caring, focused human instead of a bot. I've previously used an internationally known company for some domestic locations as well as in Europe. Service has been OK but Gotham is on a different level, totally above and beyond. Will use them again and again.
