Excellent service from start to finish. From the initial discussions about flight and hotel options through to performing Umrah and landing back to the UK, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
What really stood out was their ongoing support. Unlike many companies where communication drops after payment, they remained available throughout the entire journey always quick to respond and resolve any questions or issues.
A genuinely great experience with a friendly and professional team. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning Umrah or Hajj.

One of my cousin recommended GoTo Haram as they'd used them many times and I can honestly say it was the best thing ever. It was my first time, along with my family, I booked Umrah and from start to finish it was the best experience. I had loadss of questions initally and brother Omar answered each and every. I had booked many months prior and writing the review once back home (I NEVER USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS, CREATED AN ACCOUNT JUST FOR THIS!). Due to the war in the Middle East, my flight was cancelled, and brother Omar reached out and helped to reschedule, it was excellent as we all were scared to losing out. Whilst travelling, brother Omar replied instantly on all our queries regarding transportation, he sorted out all the travels and we were reached out via the transportation drivers. From travels to hotels, everything was planned amazing!! All my family are happy and greatly appreciate all the help from GoToHaram. We will definitely be using them again for our next Umrah insha'Allah and 100% recommend them to our families & friends. If you want everything to be perfect, I would 100% recommend them.

I have hava amazing umrah , the customer service is perfect and patient and professional, the price of package is lowest than the others , we were so happy, all transport and hotels were organised perfectly.

Booked second time for the month of Ramadan last 14 days for my parents they were soo pleased with the flights timing of the flights the hotels the locations of hotels and overall everything was well organised, the customer service and support from brother Omar Raza was amazing. I used the GoToHaram company four times they are amazing and they really give you the service that they promise.

This is the WORST AGENCY for Umrah in the UK.

They are not trustworthy, not professional, random,...
I first didn't want to write any negative review, but things went so bad that I think I have to share my experience with GoToHaram.
Be ready to be shocked with all the crazy things they did:

Booking: we agreed on the price for a package, I sent the payment. 1 week later, he asked me to pay 400£ more "because the flights are more expensive now". After weeks of fighting and legal threats, he finally accepted to take his responsibility.

Planning, preparation...: We had ZERO message from them weeks/ days before to prepare for the Umrah. until the morning of my departure, they didn't tell me "the driver will be waiting for you here, this is his phone number" or "do you want to do Umrah the first day, so let's book it now like this it is all planned...".
I had to initiate every conversation, everything. Basically I had to know everything to make it happen. What's the point of an agency if I know everything?

Not reliable drivers: I arrived at 4am in Jeddah, there was no driver. I called for 1 hour the agency who accepted to pay a Uber.

Hotel: the hotel was good and clean and convenient.

Guide: The guide was VERY unprofessional!
he arrived 30minutes late after bullshiting me with his "I'm nearby, coming".
Once I finally met him in front of the masjid before performing Umrah, he started to speak Urdu with me and doesn't speak English at all.
This was so shocking and I was so tired of all the unprofessional work made by the agency that I got enough of them, fired the guide, and decided that I won't rely of anything with the agency anymore.

Return: the agency didn't even text me at the end of the trip to ask me how it was.

This is not a professional agency. they simply book your flight and hotel, send a random uncle as a guide, and hire the cheapest not reliable people.
They try to get the maximum of money with the minimum of service. I can't believe this is a real agency, it might be the second job of a pakistani family who has also a restaurant and thought it is an easy job to book flights and hotels for Umrah.
With my experience, I don't believe any of the positive comments, I am sure they are paid comments, or family/ friends commenting.

Brother omar, arranged our umrah. He got us a very good package and made sure all the arrangements were meant. He was always available to assist us, and our umrah went smooth alhamdullah. Would definitely recommend him.
