Gotv Nigeria is the one of the best tv I have used them and they are very good ANDETION

The word BAD is an understatement to express my feelings to this gotv..... So many times ave recharged and my subscription won't reflect.... And even the one that reflect wound bring an E-48 network error
GOTV has really caused a disaster in my life

Yo .. our channels keep going off and it always says this channel is not open for viewing the we scan cause it wint ket us watch .. plus our channels are not full you biggas. CUTT! our channels.. fix this cause ama tell it to your face DSTV IS BETTER! You can never find such problems .. that is why you are going to lose alot of customers..cause i am sure to across developed countries.. they wouldn't wanna face such problems.. fix it today

You people keep deceiving customers in order to subscribe. Amount in the text message is lower and not correct compared to what I saw while subscribing. You don't need to deceive customer before they subscribe ok?

It is a shame Gotv is involved in fraudulent game of politics helping unrequested unrelated guilty lawless useless shameless jobless Texans Nigerians criminals abuse misuse degrade belittle maltreat frame frustrate and brutally torture me. Gotv collects my money monthly not providing complete full signaled channels according to what I independently pay for myself. The channels are always on and off with bad signals, especially when I turn on my independent generator. All the channels I pay are not always provided. Gotv is indirectly helping unrequested unrelated lawless shameless useless abusive guilty fraudulent Texans Nigerians criminals make my private independent life miserable. Gotv is always deliberately giving me signal problems to indirectly force unrequested evil controlling someone partners and unrequested unrelated guilty families criminals on me. Gotv is a disgrace to service providers in Nigeria. Gotv lacks integrity.

Why would gotv scramble some channels off my package even before my subscription is yet to expired. This is not the first time they will do such,as soon as its fews day to the expiration of my subscription, gotv will automatically reduce/scramble most of the channels and leave just few that are not interesting to watch. What Nonsense is that..why cant I get value for my money. Furthermore, they should stop bringing messages on the screen, its annoying. You guys are not doing well at all.

It is very annoying subscribing for a package and not showing throughout the period,even the free channels aren't showing. So how do u want me to resubscribe when am not getting value for my money

I paid so that I can watch football they don't show premier league often and too much of serie a it meaning less i been waiting for them to show chelsea highlights but they didn't it annoying even if you are not showing premier league live show highlights more than showing serie a please i need more premier league matches especially chelsea i don't know what chelsea do they don't show their game a lot please we want improvement am getting tired and the movies too you show the same thing almost everyday

If I could give zero stars I would. The bad customer service and frequent technical issues are very frustrating. My channels are never restored immediately after a payment no matter how many times I use their "fix error" codes. Plus half the time there's bad service so the channels don't show, yet gotv doesn't increase viewing days to compensate, sometimes my service is even scrambled a day early to its expiration. I'll have to toss it out soon. Its just sad that they get away with this cause they know in nigeria, they don't have a lot of competitors .

These people are the worst. I paid for gotv since morning on a Sunday and waited for hours for it to start but no way. The first agent I spoke to said I should be patient, the second said I should the patient and the third claimed he had technical issues with the system yet he took my call. I am furious. Honestly, gotv is the worst buy ever. I think I’ll have to throw the decoder away.

GoTV is the answer that Kenyans have been waiting for. Their support service might be a bit slow in response, but their packages are the best alternative to the non-affordable premium cable services that existed prior.
