I had trouble at checkout. I finally got it to work after several trys. But all in all it was good. I sent in a ticket about my issue but haven't heard back. This stop any other purchases in the future. There isn't many business's that offer military and first responders only .

I tried to use a 10% off code for my first purchase, but it didn’t work. I ended up buying the item I needed here on GovX for cheaper than anywhere else anyway. So I can’t complain too loud.

Over all I’m pleased with the purchase experience.

Apparently these idiots don't know the current First Responder Laws.
Nationally on September 2022 Tow truck operators was announced as First Responders according to the Texas Highway Patrol and the Dept of public safety. And is now one of the most important part of the First Responder Family. I tried to make a purchase and the guy was a total ass, telling what is true and not true about the above, and myself having 32 years under my belt in the Towing industry. He continued to be an ass about it, so I told him to get an education. He hung up on me like a sissy would do. People like that doesn't belong in customer service.
I'm putting this on every media platform there is to make sure he understands he can't pick and choose what First Responders can shop there. It's not a good business practice. Know the Laws before you speak.

Govx has a lot of merchandise to choose from, but not always seeing everything I'm looking for. For example, I'm looking for a great coffee grinder for my daughter and I'm not familiar with the brands offered. I suppose I can do my own research, but a little about the product in the description would certainly help. Love the site and all the great stuff you all carry. Keep up the good work, Team!

Slow to respond when needing assistance. I have a problem with trying to get one of GovX's numbers for a rebate and they aren't being any help at all. I receive instructions but they send pretty much the same instructions again. They won't call you there is no phone service where you can reach a live person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING VETERANS. I am probably going to loose out on my rebates of approximately $150.00. That's a lot of money to loose because a company will not help it's customer.

Buck knives are the knives you can buy… there are no other knives like it… I have several buck straight blades from teeny tiny to one I swear is a machete…

It was so easy to locate and order the item I needed.

I received a a text from GOVX telling me if I checked out on an order I would receive free shipping with code SHIPNOW25. I made the order and when I attempted to use the code the screen responded telling me the code was not valid. Because I wanted the shoes I completed my order for a pair of UnderArmor shoes paying for shipping. I think that such action on GOVX part is dishonest and GOVX should desist from such practice.

Website is easy to use and navigate, good discounts on all items, and good flash sales. The only thing I would fix is shipping options and add priority shipping

GovX reached out right away. The Member was very attentive, checking and making sure everything was going fine. I buy gun parts every month and get issues every once in a while. I’ve had issues with S&W new guns that have come damaged from them and it’s been a hassle, PSA has been a hassle to fix their mistake, Optic Planet hates making things right and others as well. But I received a customer service that went above and beyond than any other company ever has to make things right. I want to say thank you so much for all the effort, it was greatly appreciated.

GOVX is offering a Disneyland tickets for Aug 8th at $217 and Disney is offering the same ticket from their website at $199. So, where is the discount?? I also looked up an airline ticket and it was the same as the airlines website. NO DISCOUNT!!!

We have a gen 2 green turtle box. Love it and we use it out by the pool. We love it.

Tonight the neighbors called the police on the noise…FOR 1 TURTLE BOX… talk about awesome sound. Now we want to buy two of the 3rd gen so we can link them and really mess with the neighbors, lol!!

Great experience

My first experience with this company was buying concert tickets a few years ago. Had to work- couldn't go so I wanted to sell them. NO GO!....once you buy concert tickets you cannot resell them to anybody!

My second experience was a few days ago. I picked out a polo shirt and while I was in the cart after I entered shipping address and credit card info it said "free shipping". As soon as I hit purchase Now button it charged me $8 inshipping! WTH!

You can't call them because they don't answer the phone all you can do is email them. And they did respond... 3 days later, but they responded with BS and no help whatsoever. I told them to cancel the order they refused to do it and shipped it anyway. When I was emailing with them I did have a tracking number and UPS stated it was still in their possession and UPS had not picked it up. They absolutely refused to cancel the order.

It's disgusting how they take advantage of First Responders and military like this. Horrible place never buy a thing from here again!
