Goods arrived in the drive and nobody…
Goods arrived in the drive and nobody told us. One plasterboard damaged on the good face so we will have to repair. Zero communication as to when the plasterboard might arrive, had to phone to even get a four hour slot.
The goods were well packed but we were left

Helpful staff, decent pricing, one small glitch
The product was absolutely fine as was the price which I believe to be reasonable. The staff are good to deal with and are polite and courteous. However, upon receiving a text that the product was available for collection, on arrival,the goods were not ready and a member of staff had to spend some considerable time selecting them. On this occasion, time was of no consequence, but many customers need a quick turnaround as time is money for them. This is not a complaint, I just hope it helps.

Morning, I'm sorry that we didn't live up to your expectations this time. We try and look out product for our customer arriving but unfortunatley the system sends out the text when then order is processed rather than when the product is picked. The Stonehaven branch had just what I was looking for at a cheaper price than a lot of other places I looked. My order was ready for pickup shortly after I ordered and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and helped me carry my purchases to the car.
