GPL Downloads.COM NOT .club or gplddownload Avis 65

I've been an ongoing client of GPL Downloads since 2017 (at the moment of writing the review it's been 4 years), and it is very rare when I can say from the bottom of my heart - there is absolutely nothing I could've asked more from this service. Let me elaborate. It is not a secret that there are multiple competitors out there, but I've never even looked their way due to the absolutely amazing service attitude of the team behind GPL Downloads. Examples? Updates to scripts are done within 24 hours or less, once I ask for updates. If I can't find a plugin that I need, I just email - 80% of time it's uploaded within a few hours. The rest of the time, the reasoning is absolutely reasonable - hey, neither of these services can purchase all the plugins that WP people need. There have been times when I've had issues with a plugin, and just asked for a friendly help (plugin support is not included), and GPL Downloads have never brushed me off with the typical 'sorry, that's not included'. I know I sound hyped up, but it is simply because through the years I've experienced how they bend over backwards to please me as a client, and it is not that common in the market. I'm not a personal friend (although, sometimes I feel like one), and I've never met them in person, but one thing I know for sure - if you are looking for a platform similar to GPL Downloads, go for it. I personally can't recommend it enough.

Had a membership for a very short amount of time, and was only able to access website for a few days. GPL downloads took my money and refused to provide anything. No responses to tickets and now no access to the website even though i have paid for access. I have not done anything that would result in being denied access to the website, and GPL downloads doesnt care as long as they have your money. They seem to have a lot problems and some excuses that may seem logical until you have experience with them, such as the poor website performance on the website, which they are blaming on a DOS attack, or that they are no longer accepting paypal as there has been fraud with paypal payments, but these are two examples of their own incompetence. They cant run the website properly, and they don't want to accept paypal, as the fraud they are referring to is customers lodging a dispute for a refund, which is made impossible now that they no longer accept paypal payments. GPL downloads website is a scam, designed to take your money, and not provide anything in return.
