Well I ordered my Garmin power lead for my motorbike on 4th April and despite me sending emails and voicemails I am still waiting.Even if they had said there was a delay but no response today is tues 19th April and post has come and still waiting

AVOID This has to be the worst online customer service available, Do not order goods as the advertised next day free delivery is not the truth, goods not dispatched on 2 separate orders with false tracking details supplied, followed by no communication. Two week on and still no delivery of my orders.

Great price for a refurbished Garmin motorhome sat nav. Delivered very quickly in its original box in immaculate condition. No problems with it on our first trip away.

Minus x2 stars because order not confirmed until shipping notification and service review request received; furthermore submitted customer service enquiry unanswered, and delivery of 1-2 business days turned into more than 1 week.

Quick delivery, hassle free

I ordered my item with next day delivery and additional insurance, item took 6 days to arrive, after leaving answer phone messages and sending emails without reply the item eventually turned up with no explanation, or warranty details.
I have had no communication. Back from the seller and have had to claim to postage back which has beeb agreed.
So for the watch all appears OK and is in good working order.

Ordered 2nd March and on 24 hours delivery. On the 7th March still no delivery. Emailed twice and rang twice.. left a message on the voice mail. I got no response from them at all. All of a sudden it arrived after leaving a message on the 8th March.. won't be using them again.. no communication whatsoever.

Ordered a Garmin device for next day delivery. Had to chase several times as it arrived nearly 2 weeks after the order reason unknown although it was suggested Royal Mail were the problem. That said the product is fine and at a reasonable price. Need to look in to their delivery issues

Delivery was supposed to be in 1-2 working days and it has so far been 6 working days. No replies to e-mails and even the phone number takes you (eventually) to a voice box for GPS Outlet. Not looking good so far at all.

I was a little concerned by some of the previous reviews on here, my concerns were unfounded. Bought a Garmin watch for significantly less than other online outlets, I needed the device within a couple of days due to an upcoming holiday so I paid for the next day deleivery which included 2 years premium warranty and a screen protector. The watch arrived next day as promised, sadly the screen protector was missing from the package, however a quick email to the customer service email address and this was rectified with a screen protector being sent out.

Works fine lovely picture but I needed to exstend power lead.

I've ordered a garmin fenix 6 smartwatch from gpsoutlet. It came next day, description said that watch is refurbished but there was no slightest sign of use on it and the only difference from brand new was a replacement box.
Good contact with them as well, immediate response.

I hadn't heard of gpsoutlet and took a punt based on the lower prices. So far happy with the experience and product.

During the order process I queried why the product numbers were different. Received fast replies and it turned out gpsoutlet sell garmin approved refurbished devices which is how they're able to sell them for a lower price than competitors.

My only compliant would be that the website says order before 4PM for next day delivery, which I did, but the product was delivered the day after - not the end of the world...
