We had a very frustrating experience…
We had a very frustrating experience with GPS Trackit. Their customer service is awful—our account manager never returned calls, and communication was nearly impossible. Even after we cancelled our service, they continued to charge us, and we’re still trying to get a final invoice.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a company managing critical fleet operations. I do not recommend GPS Trackit to anyone looking for reliable fleet tracking or customer support.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. I kinda like some of the features that they had but their customer service was so bad and the employees would lie to you!! Terrible company Stay away! Customer service is everything with GPS

Lost $1000. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service
Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. I had issues with my asset tracker starter relay. It gets stuck on disable & I can't turn on my machine for hours. It happened multiple times & the latest time it did not turn on all day. They claim the issue is with installation.
They have 3rd party "certified installers" so I have to pay for a 3rd party tech to check the asset. The first time the tech said it was good, but we continued with the same issue a few weeks later. They don't care if the tech said installation was good they insist they're Trackers are not the problem.
Then Again, GPS trackit told me that installation is still the problem. The most recent time I had to rent equipment out because I could not turn on my equipment. I'm going to lose over a $1000 because of the rental & paying a 3rd party technician AGAIN.
0/10 I don't recommend. GPS Trackers will leave you stranded & they take no accountability & don't work with you at all. They don't guarantee the work of the 3rd party installer. You are on your own. Take your business elsewhere where they guarantee the tracker. Also, you have a 60-day cancelation clause. You still have to pay for the service. Your money is lost, but please find another service or they will cost you more

I would give them 0 stars. Liars. They charged me after cancellation and promised not to charge no more. And guess what!? They continue charging even after all promises. This is unbelievable!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS TRACKING DEVICE/SERVICE. I feel completely used and abused from this company. Oh, and you go have to love the 60-day cancellation wait time. A bunch of promises of changes with nothing done. Do yourself a costly favor and stay away. Please learn from my experience and save yourself hassle, time and money

We’ve been using GPS Trackit extensively for our fleet, and it’s been an incredible asset to our operations. The platform is easy to use and performs reliably, with just the occasional need for a quick refresh.
What truly stands out, though, is the customer support—especially from Julie. She has been absolutely amazing: incredibly responsive, always following up, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly for us. Her level of service has made the onboarding and management experience seamless.
We highly recommend GPS Trackit for any business, especially those in fleet-based services.

They will continue charging your account 60 days after u cancel your account , it's a real scam the way they do this. I tell them that I won't be using there service because my truck broke down and still make me pay for something Im not going to used. Becarefull with this company
