I am asking for a do over

I am asking for a do over. The communication with your instructor was poor. Could not hear her. She did not cover how to log in for access to the system. Luckily I am familar with GPS so I will work through it.

Im having trouble with the not seeing…

Im having trouble with the not seeing the full drop down when Im on my dashboard, I dont event have the option to chat with support team on my dashboard.

Good to work with

Start up and installation of the guides have been okay, I've learned a lot through the webinar's they provide. There are a few bugs throughout the system and it has hindered the overall performance of the system, they have been quick to fix them. As far as everything else is going it's working like they said it would.

Presentation was a little too fast and…

Presentation was a little too fast and it need to be put in a more better order. If creating tags need to be completed first then that’s where it needs to start. Other than that the presenter did a great job.

Needs more first-time user information

Maybe I misunderstood the goal of today's session, but I needed more information relating to setting up our system for first-time use. We were 38 min. into my video recording of the session when we were instructed to click on ACCOUNT first in order to set up TAGS, DRIVERS, and USERS.
