The best Fleet management solution with the highest customer service levels!
Poor customer service
The initial training is too scattered. It should be a step by step process. When an instructor states halfway through training that this step should be done first there is a disconnect.
Secondly calling in multiple times and put on callback system and not getting called back 4 times is not a positive response of product.

Not what expected when it tracks miles
Doesn’t get the information 24/7 on specific trucks. We only want it for summary miles report but that is to broad for the information given and the miles report is to much information.

Something is wrong with the way my system is working It took a while to convince the rep it was not user error, I sent a video of what I was doing. He said he would start a ticket but I have no ticket tracking at this point 1 hour later

employees are great
The people I ask questions to are willing to find the answers for me which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the software is not capable of doing what I'm hoping for. So 5 stars for the employees and 3 stars for the software.
