Avoid this scam clinic ! There 2 stars here to be extremely fair. 1 star for actually creating a natural hairline (which honestly shouldn't be so difficult to provide) and 2, another star for having some staff that treated you with care and kindness. The rest of the story is unsatisfactory to say the least. I went to cover my front , middle area, and the crown in juin 2025, and although the doctor said that 8500 grafts (mega session )were needed for proper coverage, I trusted the team thinking that they're definitely going to make sure there is fullness and density (considering that other clinics quoted me for much fewer grafts.) Here we are almost 1 year now , and I am very unsatisfied with the results. The coverage is so poor that it has me questioning if they really did harvest/use all 8500 grafts. I can't really style my hair because the density is too thin to get my hair to clump together. I've seen hundreds of other results throughout the year of other jobs around the world with less grafts harvested for a larger area of coverage and the final results have looked 10× better than mine... and that comparison is extremely disappointing and upsetting. It cost a lot of money, time, pain and discomfort for so long to get to here, and all you can hope for is that it was worth it. I've studied and compared my hair from day 2 of the surgery to now) so this isn't a me problem, it's 100% a clinic problem!

I came for a beard transplant to Istanbul Turkey. They were so attentive and courteous and fast I only needed a small beard transplant and they explained to me everything on how many beard hairs I would need with very detailed instructions. Everything was more than I expected, professional doctors and team, transfer from airport-hotel, hotel-clinic, hotel back to airport , extra benefits services for hair transplant available , good hotel with breakfast. Dr Murat and his staff provided a fabulous experience for my hair transplantation. Everything they did from hotel, transportation to the transplant process and follow up was 1st class! I highly recommend them!

Everything was a nice experience. They managed the hotel and transport accommodations. They also had good prices. The staff was very kind, professional and friendly. Whenever I had questions, they would always make sure I was satisfied. They would check to make sure everything was good.

It didn’t start off well, I wasn’t properly anesthetized so during the harvesting portion I could feel a lot of pain. This was further worsened by the rough treatment of the harvester. It wasn’t until the implantation that I found out the person I thought was doing the operation wasn’t. During the implementation process the technician made many rude comments about me since they thought I couldn’t understand them. If that wasn’t bad enough the results were not great. I ended up getting a second transplant at another hospital. This was my experience.

Excellent work by Dr. Murat and the highly skilled staff. The experience was top notch from the very first contact to post care. Everything was as described in the offer which included luxury transportation from the airport and back, and of course to the clinic. The hotel accomodation was great and team was extremely helpful in every aspect of the procedure and made sure I was well take care and my expectations were met. I would say they even went above and beyond my expectations being the first time doing this in Turkey. It was far better than the experiences in the US and I highly recommend Dr. Murat!

It was an exceptional experience. They were keeping me informed at every step. My husband Sandeep went there all the way from USA to get hair plant done and it was totally worth it. Dr. Murat was absolutely great in the whole process. I will recommend everyone whoever is looking to get hair transplant done to this facility.

I Came to these guys after seeing a Facebook advert, I then had a phone call with Dr Murat and he gave me a step by step on how the procedure would go, and everything went exactly as he said.
From the moment I arrived until the day I left I was taken care of, Dr Murat was always keeping close communication and was helpful and attentive to any questions I had about the procedure and anything Turkey based in regards to tourist attractions and good places to eat.

All the staff here were very kind, and very friendly, the procedure went well and they were always making sure I was comfortable,

I only wish I had booked a longer trip because it is such a nice place and there were heaps of things to see and do there, such a beautiful country,

Paid for crown hair transplant, crown was never done. Paid for a second session and specifically asked for a the crown to be filled. That was not done. Only got half the grafts that I was promised.
This my personal experience happy hunting guys there are plenty of hair surgeons around.
Asked for a refund for the second session only and was partially refunded false advertising.
Also was threatened they will take me to turkish court for posting a review 😅😅😅

Grace touch clininc I did a lot of research on other clinics at Instabul Turkey and I could guarantee 💯 by far best quality and experience. They did the best transplant to me and my friend that I have seen. Very well done and taking care of from when you get to the airport till you live.

I did the hair implant in this clinic yesterday. I am overall very satisfied with the whole experience. The clinic arranged the transportation, hotel stay, and pick up and drop to the clinic. Dr. Celik’s staff are excellent in what they do. Hopefully I will have a great results.
