Absolute con , said phone was poor condition it was a 3 month old phone , been in a case , apprantly it was full of surface scratches, I checked before I sent and no scratches, was offered £390 for phone , then offered £250 , Absolute joke

This was seamless from start to finish refined my postage pack and full email with instructions within 2 days.

Once it was posted, it was delivered the next day using Royal Mail 24 AND tested/paid on the same day as delivery.

Very good process confirms my bank details before making payment to ensure no errors and was paid instantly when I accepted my quote.

I was offered a good price online, so I went through the website to get my phone to them. This is a very simple process and posting the phone couldn’t have been simpler - send it yourself with the prepaid emailed address details, or wait for the envelope and sticker to arrive. I chose the later and it didn’t take too long to arrive.
I posted it back to them and within 24 hours they acknowledged receipt of the phone. The initial price they offered was much lower than previously given on line, after the robot inspection gave it a grading. I was not happy with this and through the website I was able refuse the quote and suggest a new value. We agreed somewhere in the middle. Money was transferred into my account the same day as I accepted the value and gave them my bank details.

Must admit was with me within 24 hours and pleased with the condition of phone……..as still not sure if best phone for me. Did not use till I had a cover.
Must admit have had a few teething problems, which probably down to me! ( the good thing about buying in store means, you have help setting up phone!)
Early to fully recommend Grade mobil but good so far, just hope if I find this not for me and send back, all goes ok with refund

Such an easy process from start to finish. I got my quote, was sent packing and was kept up to date through the whole process. It was easy to arrange a collection with Royal Mail. I received what I was quoted only a few days after sending my phone away. I would use next time!

I found this website through a search comparison website and it offered me the best price for my old phone. The company paid for the shipping costs and once I had sent the phone the company has contacted me within 2 days to say the phone was received and they would test it. Testing was carried out on my old phone quickly and although the valuation of my phone did drop - I thought the price offered was a fair one. In summary the process was extremely straight forward and resolved very quickly. It was good to get cash for an old phone that would sit in a cupboard.

I am happy with the service and I received more than the quote they gave me. My phone e was newly refurbished so it was a perfect condition.
Although Grade Mobile website was little strange especially when I wanted to vilify my bank detail to be paid in. So I contacted customer service and they reply within 48 hours. As soon as I agreed the price, they paid me full price in 4 hours. I will use them again .

Chosen as good option to sell my iPhone 13 Pro. Initial offer was £252 so sent it to them. They 'inspected' and found micro scratches on screen, damage to one corner and battery inadequate. All very well but absolutely wrong! Phone had had a glass screen protector (fitted by Apple) as soon as I purchased it. Screen protector only removed as per their instruction prior to sending. Ditto case. Phone was perfect on sending (took photos to prove it). They offered £145. I rejected their offer. They asked me for my lowest acceptable price. I said £200. They came back with £185. What's the point of asking for my lowest price? Apparently the initial assessment is carried out by some machine. A human gets involved only if initial offer rejected. I won't be using them again!
