very competitive prices (though the delivery is expensive for smaller orders), quick delivery and when I had a problem, they sorted it quickly and professionally. Would use again.

The efficiency of the human touch
I ordered these shields for my 80 yr old Mom. Totally messed the order up, rang in a panic, Rebecca missed my call, phoned straight back (on a Saturday afternoon!!) order was sorted. Then shortage in supply, had e mail & phone call keeping me updated. Sent parcel immediately & refunded the shortfall. So impressed with kindness & humans on end of the phone ! Excellent Customer service. I placed my order and received an email a couple of days later saying that the item was out of stock but would be in stock again the following week. Once it’s arrived with them I received another email to say it had been dispatched. It arrived as expected. Thank you very much.
