It just works!
I’ve been a customer for 7 months now and it’s been great. It’s just works with no issues! Reliable, with absolutely no problems.
No mid-contract price rises which is always nice to hear.
Registration was very easy and as I had a router already installed in the property, I reached out to the chat where it was configured and setup in 30minutes on move in day!

They don't like you to leave
They don't like you to leave. Phone call after phone call, email after email. The OFCOM One Touch switching Service code is lost on them. Best avoided.

Really simple to change over to Grain
The installing engineer was very friendly and professional. He was more than happy to install the router where I wanted it to be, so as not to be visible in the lounge. He tidied everything when he finished, and went through the connection and sign in procedure with me.
So much faster than my previous broadband provider, and my back bedroom, where I previously had no signal now has more than 200mb/s.
Unfortunately, the engineer didn't write his name on my welcome to Grain card. I would have liked to have named him in the review.

Great response back, once they picked up my complaint!
Didn't even need to call them, as it was weekend - they called, based on my review and that was it. Issue resolved with the speed of light!

Install went smoothly and the technician was great.
The technician who installed the router was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, dealt very politely with a neighbor who tried to blame him for their TV not working, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thanks Justin Wilson.
