I purchased a Tramper from Grajmax Mobility. The transaction was smooth and easy. Marta was faultlessly helpful and very knowledgeable in the products. The scooter was secondhand, and was outstandingly presented and looked as new. I had a little issue with right hand throttle, which they dealt with in a very professional and speedy way. The after service was commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody I meet on my travels with a disability. To the level where I am on their website yet again to see what other products may help me in the future. Big thank you to a very lovely family run business…. I purchased a scooter from them and they couldn’t be any nicer to deal with
Until it came to honouring their advert by giving you 14 days to return the scooter
I received the scooter and it didn’t suit me asi couldn’t mount the scooter without assistance and I wasn’t going to have assistance nearby whenever I used my scooter so I asked for a return
And they wouldn’t even consider it
All I wanted was a lower seat scooter I could mount without assistance
I explained this to the woman but she wasn’t having it
So I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs

Excellent range of high quality stock and sensible prices. My cross country scooter was better than new when he delivered it, charged up and ready to go. It is absolutely faultless, highly recommended

We purchased an off road mobility scooter from Grajmax and have been extremely impressed with the scooter we bought. We were shown various models of off road scooters and helping us to decided which model suited our requirements best was not a problem at all. The service we received was excellent and I have no problem in recommending the company.

I bought a used electric buggy with only 3 miles on the clock. It was delivered to my door a day early and I was instructed on how to use it by the delivery driver. It was in perfect condition and it does exactly what I wanted. It will drive over fields and tracks with no problems. Highly recommended.

Listed my Late Fathers scooter on a number of selling platforms and was contacted offering an appropriate figure. Deposit was paid and the scooter was collected and paid for a couple of days later. There was some damage to the scooter that I had not noticed and this was discussed and sorted with no pressure. This company is def worth dealing with

Great experience buying my husbands scooter. Nothing is too much trouble. Living in Scotland we weren't able to visit and look at the stock (which was excellent), but buying on line was trouble free. Very good communication and very pleasant telephone calls. Call from delivery driver to let us know when he would arrive. Very good experience all round. My husband is delighted with our purchase. Everything done by email and text as phone wasn't answered,had I been able to get advice would probably have bought a different model.However the scooter I did buy is in perfect condition,none of my family can believe it's not brand new.hopefully it will last many years,but if not will definitely use grajmax again.oh yes delivery was perfect,lovely man and very helpful

Bought a mobility scooter a whilst ago and I couldn't have dealt with a more helpful firm. The lady on the phone had a good sense of humour which helped a lot and she couldn't do enough to help. The courier was very good as well.
