Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Great communication all the way to being on time for pick up , would highly recommend and would use again 🌟 excellent.

I advertised my dads cabin mobility scooter on marketplace and Grajmax collected it in London. As I don't live in London anymore Grajmax dealt with my dad with utmost respect.

Brought a Tga breeze with full cover from here for Father in law.
Can't be happier, although it was used, it had only done 14 miles as stated.
Communication with Marta was excellent, delivery was quick and we were shown how to use on delivery, we paid for delivery and given the distance the charge was justified.
Was afraid Father in law wouldn't use it after the first test run going to shops with him, he was quite shaken by the experience. But he has gone by himself, and is still getting used to it. We set to half speed max which helped and he definitely is happy as walking to shops previously was becoming a struggle for him.

I would highly recommend Grajmax if you are looking to buy a mobility scooter - the process was seamless from start to finish. Photos of my scooter online were 100% accurate and the condition was first class. They responded really quickly when I had questions to ask and went above and beyond to deliver it to me personally in just 3 days. Sold a Kymco scooter to Grajmax Mobility, this was such an easy process. I sent some pictures and a price was agreed. Gracjan arranged a suitable collection day/time and arrived on time, cash paid and the scooter was loaded on the van.
