I booked tickets to the Belgium GP and I am very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. There was very little for me to organise, which is what I like. The whole weekend was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with GPGT in future.

The most incredible weekend at the Belgium GP - it was absolutely nothing short of exceptional. I will be honest and say I was skeptical to start with, with so many factors relying on a large amount of organization and management, I was sure that there would be a few hiccups or minor problems, but there was not a singular instance of this.
The first thing I have been incredibly impressed with was how impeccable the communications have been leading up to the event. Everything was provided with ample time in advance, and everything was true to what was communicated. From booking the experience in a matter of hours with you over email to the final instructions document, they have been nothing short of perfect.
Our first brilliant experience when arriving in Belgium was our pickup driver waiting over an hour an a half due to the lines at passport control. We were incredible grateful of this, due to the fact that we were not expecting him to wait for us.
Everything relating to the circuit - tickets (even down to the lanyards that were incredibly helpful), drop-off, pick-up - was incredible. We even were able to set off a little earlier on the Sunday to make sure we made it for the f2 race thanks to Simon! The journeys back to the circuit were long, but nothing that could have been helped due to being in the middle of the Arden! A big shout out to Simon, who was a great help and the whatsapp groupchat created was a great touch. We were also incredible impressed by the breakfast boxes prepared for us each morning for the journey to the circuit - they were well packed and appreciated for such a long day at the circuit.
The final thing was how great our pick-up driver was for our journey back to the airport. We had heard from other passengers that the airport was extremely busy and so we reached out to see if we could leave a little early. He was incredible responsive and was able to arrange for us to have a pick-up an hour earlier to make sure we had enough time to get through passport control (which we did!)
Overall, it was a seamless experience and an experience that will never be forgotten thanks to the team and the effort put in by all. Thanks again - and we will absolutely use GPGT for our next Formula 1 experience.

Brilliant first trip with GPGT, my son and I had a great time at mugello for the MotoGP last week , whilst also enjoying the sights, sounds and tastes of Florence. Will certainly be booking again.

Great time in Italy. Well organised. Sales team are super knowledgeable, which is also very helpful as you need some insider info when spending this amount of money

Thanks to everyone at GPGTours for all the hard work in organising our trip to Imola. It was a joint 50th for my brother and I and Monaco has been on the list for ever. Good bits: having someone at the end of the phone who’s able to give you some actual advice on where to sit and where to stay. Bad bits: didn’t realise how small Monaco was or how much the beer is!!! Obviously not the fault of the team, but next time I’ll take a hip flask.

* as per GPGT reply- lanyards and wristbands were absolutely not posted to us, otherwise we would have taken them with us, obviously.
I confirmed when we would be arriving and what time twice with two different people on your team, just because we arrived before the GP started we should have been left at the hotel? The email you sent me where I submitted the 'incorrect' times was not incorrect...it was literally that we were arriving a couple days before the GP as stated...twice, and in the email you then replied to, you said that was absolutely fine and confirmed you would be at the airport to pick us up at 12:30! Not 2 hours later! I confirmed this with both Luke and the bookings team, I really dont understand what was so difficult about providing us with transport on a day that was previously specified. "We have made a note and will organise your transfer for 12:30" is exactly what was said. And prior to that literally SEVEN months ago when I confirmed with Luke, he said "that makes sense! We can have the taxi waiting for you there" so please don't try and make out like we were incompetent or made errors, you should have been there to pick us up plain and simple. It was not a big ask. I'm truly glad other people had a good experience with the hotel, we must have been unfortunate with the room given.
I really wish we could say we had a fantastic and easy trip like seemingly every other customer, but something clearly went wrong for us and our bucket list trip was unfortunately not so great. We booked this as a family of 4, so not cheap of course, but thats okay, we knew Monaco was the expensive race. However, we didnt expect to be quite literally forgotton about, both before departure and whilst in Monaco.
The first issue was the transport, I know this is done via a different company, however it was seemingly because of a lack of communication between GPGT and them that we were left at both the airport and our accommodation for over an hour both ways when arriving and leaving. I confirmed twice what our plans were and when we would be arriving at the airport, and somehow we were still left there waiting for nearly two hours until a lady in the airport who must have worked for that company, made a few calls and the transport person who already had two passengers on board and was heading to their accommodation, had to turn around to come get us. She informed us that we weren't even on her list and she hadn't been told of our arrival by GPGT. We got chatting to the other passengers in the car, and they told us because they booked late, they had been given a free hotel upgrade (and so paid much less PP than we had) which is frustrating when we booked so far in advance to try and get the best possible experience we could afford, so it wasn't off to a great start in all honesty.
The F1 itself was great and we loved the seats, however we noticed that every other GPGT customer had wristbands and lanyards, and we were told by one repeat client that they had been given these with every trip they booked via GPGT, so we were confused as to why we hadn't received them, or anything from GPGT along with everyone else? Of course this is only a small thing, but along with being left at the airport, we were starting to feel like we had been forgotten about and a 2nd thought, not really what you want from a big bucket list holiday.
When we were then forgotten about yet again when leaving to get to the airport, we were pretty fed up. We confirmed with the transport company the date and time before getting out the car when being dropped off, and still it was over an hour of waiting and a few phone calls before we finally had what seemed like a random taxi, (which was very nearly too small and very cramped) pick us up.
The hotel itself was below average if anything, our room absolutely stunk, there was a constant sewage smell from the bathroom, and there was only one absolutely tiny window that didn't open. The air-conditioning didn't work.
We did not have an easy seamless experience, and we did not get the same level of care and attention that every other customer seemed to get. We were offered an apology and to be FINALLY sent the bits we should have recieved months ago, but it's really just not good enough. I just dont understand what was so difficult about being at the airport at the right times, and sending us the same things that are apparently sent to everyone else. The communication internally and with the transport company is obviously lacking. Its such a shame because the initial communication was great and we felt so happy with our choice of company, and I truly hate to be such a complaining customer, but when you're spending upwards of £9,000 for a few days holiday, I think it's fair to assume you'll at least get the same level of care and service as everyone else. We would absolutely just book it all ourselves next time.

Thank you so much to all at GPGT. Myself, my wife and our son had a fantastic time at the Barcelona, Spanish GP. Everything from the pickup at the airport, the quality of the hotel, the organisation of the circuit transfers, there and back, and the taxi back to the airport were absolutely perfect. We cannot fault it at all.
Great seats in main stand, opposite McLaren pit, which were shaded so although very sunny, not too hot!

Top organisation and experience
Everything was organised superbly. The hotel & breakfast were great, and the seats at the F1 were probably as good as they can get.
The only thing to comment is the early transfer to the cirucuit means you are there the whole day. But that could just be me.
Everything was very easy to find as it was all laid out in the instructions and the staff were the to help.
Couldn't recommend enough!

This was my daughter's Senior High School Trip as she is a big F1 fan and our very first F1 race. GPGT knocked it out of the park! The travel plans into and out of Miami were easy and communication excellent. The travel to and from the track and the hotel stay was second to none. A big shout out to James Anglim who was our tour guide. His communication was excellent and knowledge of the weekend spot on. Many great conversations with him and I learned a lot about F1 as I am a rookie to the racing! My daughter and I hope to have him again as a tour guide in the future! In a nutshell, the sheer excitement and joy on my daughter's face made the whole weekend a win win! Thank you GPGT!

Ryan and I had a great time plus the fact it was a great race. James and his wife were very personable and made the whole experience very enjoyable!! My only criticism is I never received the email with the final instructions the day before. I had Jame's phone number and found him in the hotel lobby and from that point on, everything was perfect. We will definitely consider your tour in the future. Thanks for everything!!

From start to finish, the process couldn't have been easier. It's well managed by friendly staff who are quick to respond to all questions. Everything is straight forward and free hotel breakfast is always a plus.
James was our guide for the Miami GP. He was punctual, informative, and very personable. 10/10 WB

This was the perfect Grand Prix weekend, everything was perfect, the flights, the transfer, the hotel, transport to Grand Prix and the event itself. This was our first GPGT event and I can not recommend them high enough for this, everything was as advised, everything was perfect. The seats at the Grand Prix were brilliant, the hotel was fantastic and everything ran like clockwork.

Had an incredible experience at the Qatar F1 race on December 1st. The Grand Prix Grand Tours team were fantastic, and the seats were amazing – the views were breathtaking! The whole day was way above my expectations.
Grand Prix Grand Tours made everything so easy, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. It was the perfect way to experience the F1.
Really an unforgettable day! I hope to travel again with them soon.

I recently attended the Qatar Gp. I was due to fly out on Monday 25 Nov. On 11 Nov, I emailed the Sales Manager to enquire when the tickets etc would be dispatched. He reminded me that, as per my original booking instructions, everything would be sent out between 1 and 2 weeks prior to departure.
On 18 Nov, i received an email from the booking team stating that tickets etc would be dispatched by 25 Nov. I reminded them that I was departing on the 25th, and received a further email from the Operations Manager who reassured me that I needn’t worry.
On the 22 Nov, and to my relief I received everything, and again twice more on the 25th.
On the morning of the 25th, I received a WhatsApp from someone at Doha airport telling me that he was waiting for me. I replied telling him he was 24 hours early, and that I was still at home.
I flew overnight and arrived at approx 7am on Nov 26, to be met by no-one. I then contacted the taxi company using the number supplied by GPGT and spent ages on the phone because they could not find the booking. After exhausting the credit on my phone a member of the airport reception staff then used his phone to speak to the taxi company, a driver arrived and we left 45 minutes late. On the way to the hotel I emailed GPGT who later apologised
Saturday night after leaving the circuit, the coach was not in the same place where we had been dropped. So, it was a case of trudging along the lines of plain white coaches to find ours.
Sunday night, on returning to the coach park there was no sign of our coach so there we stood approx 20 of us, along with the local guide waiting for the coach to appear, which it did about 20 minutes later.
On returning to the UK, i no doubt along with many others was asked for feedback. I explained all the above, but guess what, YES no response. It has since been pointed out to me that the feedback form was anonymous and so, I withdraw this criticism.
Overall, the flights were fine, the Kempinski hotel was faultless, the GP seats were ideal, but it is these relatively minor issues that put a damper on a trip costing £3500, and for that price, I hoped for better.

Communication very poor, didnt get any details till a couple of days before, after I kept chasing.
I'll start by saying the hotel (Fairmont on the Palm) was amazing, great location, food fantastic, staff so friendly and thats where the 'great' experience ended.
Even before we took off at Manchester I was inundated with phone calls that wouldn't connect and text messages from the company/driver in Dubai airport asking where I was. Eventually after hassle I got in touch to say I hadnt even took off! Obviously something went wrong with communication!
Flight was great, food nice plenty film choice etc.
Landed in Dubai, was told the driver would clearly have a sign with my name, spent 45mins looking for him and calling the company who told me he was there. Eventually found him standing right at the back chatting to his mates, he had an a4 sheet with GPGT logo, that was so faded it was hard to see (no name) everyone else I spoke to said there name was clearly visible.
Got to the hotel to check in for our 5 nights in a twin room which was stated on my booking ref. The reception informed me they only had a reservation for 2 night in a double room. Totally unacceptable as I was travelling with my brother. This information was relayed to GPGT on numerous occasions! Thankfully the hotel was able to sort is.
Thurs & Fri we made our own way to & from the track, Taxi cost about £50 each way. Organisation at the track was really poor, however there was loads going on so we enjoyed that. Even though we missed the pit walk because it was not busy they had to close it.
On the Saturday & Sunday transport was provided. However, Qualifying started on Saturday at 2.30 but we were told the bus was leaving the hotel at 1pm, considering its at least 1 hour in a taxi in NO traffic to
Abu Dhabi, then it would take probably over an hour to get from the bus to your seats, so even in good traffic there was no way you would make quali! People we spoke to who got the bus, missed ALL of quali. Thankfully we had decided to get a taxi earlier in the morning. Even then the queues to get in were big. You also had to queue with thousands of people to get a wrist band for the concerts and they kept running out so eventually we decided to give the concerts a miss.
Though the race on the Sunday was 5pm and the bus was leaving at 12 we had already decided to get taxis again. Far too much hassle, the bus also wasn't allowed near the circuit so it was a very long walk.
Once the race was finished people who were on the bus had to rush away and missed the celebrations to walk the half hour back to the bus, thats before you even got out the circuit as the queues were huge, so many bottle necks. The return bus was leaving at 8pm. Left no time to enjoy the celebrations and the long walk back.
Even checking out from the hotel to get our 'organised' transport back to the airport was a shambles GPGT sent a message with our drivers name and phone number, however going out of reception there was at least 15 cabs waiting and loads of people all waiting for transport. Everyone was wondering about looking for their driver, we even called him but he didnt answer, for a 10.30 pickup we didnt find him till just before 11am. All the guests from GPGT all said the same about the organisation, no one was happy. How easy would it have been for the cab driver to hold up your name, simple problem solved.
This was an expensive trip that I looked for to so much that was just flawed with poor organisation. Think very carefully before considering this company.
So to recap, great hotel, location, stunning views,
and great food, staff amazing, weather was beautiful, great seats at the circuit, atmosphere was fantastic, met some lovely people but the organisation from GPGT was a shambles.
