Chap arrived this morning to fix washing machine. He was very pleasant and cleaned up after fixing. One hour later the washing machine was tip top again

Fridge/freezer
My fridge freezer broke down on the hottest day of the year. Grange we’re able to come the following day. Unfortunately the fault could not be fixed but the engineer contacted the sales team. They had a replacement in stock that they were able to deliver and install the next day. The fitters removed the old appliance and installed the new one efficiently, leaving no mess behind. I can’t recommend Grange Electrical highly enough

Incompetent and Clumsy
Electric radiator was installed without fluid and successive visits to remedy the situation made matters worse. Contractor showed up without the correct tools to carry out the job. Bath was damaged when radiator was removed and company did not accept liability.

Fabulous service!
My American style fridge freezer broke down over Christmas. Disaster!! I telephoned the service department at Grange Electrical, Birkenhead and spoke to an extremely helpful man that explained very clearly what the problem probably was and why and what I could try to do to solve it. When that didn't work he sent a service engineer out with a spare part and it was fixed for a fraction of the price of a new one and within 2 days of the call. Excellent service and exceptional customer care. Thank you very much indeed.

Great fast and effective service, highly recommended.
I ordered a Neff hide and slide oven from Grange Electrical in Birkenhead after being let down by Curry’s. I went into the shop on Tuesday to order it and it was fitted on the Friday. The very pleasant fitters came and within 30 minutes our new Neff oven was up and running. Fantastic service, very pleased, Fast and effective.

Excellent service A+++
Have used Grange a couple of times for my landlord properties in the Great Sutton area and have always found them to be polite, prompt, experts in what they do and whom provide great value for money.
I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for electrical repair or white goods repair.
