Carl and Illia came to do a small repair they turned up on time and did a brilliant job. Granite House is a wonderful firm to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Beware the premium sinks!

Our experience with GH is that the premium sinks are not designed to drain! There is no gradient towards the plug!!

Instead, they are manufactured to be flat, so be ready to spend your days "chasing" waste to the plug hole.

Hopefully this will help/"educate" others, as GH are not willing to resolve so we're off to trading standards to see if they can help.

Although Karl arrived late, due to a delay at his previous job, he repaired the worktop joint to a high and professional standard, resolved the cause of the issue and was here until almost 9.00pm ensuring it was completed properly.

A great experience with Granite House from ‘shopping around’ the market to walking in their showroom, coffee machine, lovely clean showroom, seating area, great choice, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not pushy, genuinely keen to provide the right outcome.
Once I’d chosen the product, I had the quote on my hands (based on measurements of given from a little home made plan) within 25 minutes!
No delays on the cutting and installation. Installation chaps were brilliant, cleaned up after themselves, made a couple of on the job cuts for refinement.
I could not be happier with the outcome service and price paid.

We have had our quartz worktops fitted by Granite House and we are so pleased with them!!! All good with fitters, unfortunately a couple of pieces were initially incorrect. These needed to be recut and this necessitated another install visit otherwise it would have been 5 stars
