Very pleased with our new kitchen. Danny’s skill and experience were obvious at the consultation and made the decision making easy. The fact that he would also be fitting the kitchen gave us the confidence to proceed. Danny and Chris were both hardworking, polite and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and exactly on time. Rob, the installer was a perfectionist, took great care and produced an excellent result.

We recently had our kitchen completed by Granite Transformations, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work.

A special mention goes to the fitters, Sean and Dean, who were outstanding throughout the project. They worked incredibly hard, paid great attention to detail, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they made sure we were completely happy with the final result.

If is very obvious that Richard is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. We would strongly recommend him… we are very happy with our new-look kitchen!

The customer service of the fitters was vary good.
The products the company provide were excellent.
The only negative we had was mix-up with two measurements, which delayed the job.

Most of the installation way fine but after fitters had left I had no hot water to the sink. The tap was obviously not tested. A plumber was sent to rectify the plumbing.

From the initial consultation to the fitting of our new tops, the process was professional and businesslike. Richard explained everything perfectly from the start to the complete installation. Very clean and tidy. We would strongly recommend him and his firm without any hesitation.

We have just had fitted worktops & splashbacks fitted by Granite Transformations. No pushy salesman we knew what we wanted & got it for a decent price. Garry the fitted worked tirelessly for 2 days & you could tell he takes pride in his work. We are so happy with the results.

I would have given a zero rating. I had my installation and the cupboard doors quickly started pealing. When I contacted Exeter granite transformations I was told that door colour was discontinued already, after trying to fix the problem and failing they eventually managed to get more of the door colour but by then more doors had started pealing, I had these done but soon after more started pealing. I had said that I thought I had a faulty set or doors but was ignored. After months of not getting any reply from Patrick I phoned to be told the franchise had been sold. I sent through all my receipts and guarantee but heard nothing back. Now after chasing they say I am outside of the warranty time even though I reported all the problems within the timeframe. The service is terrible, I thought I had dealt with Granite Transformations as a company not a franchise. Don’t buy from them the gauranteee is worthless

We have just had Overlay Worktops fitted by Calvin and Michael from Trend Transformation and are delighted with the results. My kitchen now has sparkling shiny new worktops. Both Michael and Calvin just got on with the job quietly and proficiently and left my kitchen neat and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company as from beginning to end it ran like clockwork and with a friendly touch. Love the little gift bag which Calvin gave me as he explained everything once they had finished and cleaned up. Excellent!

Highly recommend granite transformations! They replaced the worktops, sinks and taps in our kitchen and utility. It looks stunning and has transformed our kitchen! The workmen arrived on time and left everywhere clean and tidy! The after care was great too as there was a small leak under the sink which was dealt with very quickly.

The kitchen looks great. A few issues during installation but the company responded very quickly to deal with it.

From a quote done at the first visit, through the templating, fitting and subsequent snagging visit they have been efficient and helpful. They coped with the removal of old upstands and plumbing in the new sink & tap, as well as refitting the electrical sockets as we had a splash-back above the worktops - all in all a great experience

Really good communication - all dates and prices were explained and met. All the staff I encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy and the doors are even better than I had hoped. Highly recommended.
