Grantify has a unique user interface that uses ai to learn to match the tone of the people issuing grants. The system studies and improves with each user applying for a grant, and based on the research I could find--it significantly improves the odds of getting a grant up to closer to a 50/50 chance.

The cost of service that I was charged was $3k (plus a small percentage of the grant funds in the event I win my grant application), here's what I got for that:

1) Access to the grant writing software, which converts a business plan into a grant application that matches the tone of the issuer.

2) A team of grant writers that are there to double check your plans and help you improve your odds.

Their rep scheduled the call for the Thursday, then cancelled the call and meeting because they claimed their call was for Wednesday.

Seems corrupt. There is no way of contacting them on their website, no number, no address, no email.

I emailed them for a refund and they spent a week of passing me around their team and I ended up having to call my bank for a charge back.

Overall they sell you a great package but have no support or way of contacting them other than taking extreme measures.

I wouldn't not recommend ever working with the company. There's plenty of other companies out there that offer what Grantify does.

Grantify is the Temu website of grants.

The sales team is really great. I had some onboarding challenges but they were quick to help me get on the right track. I am actively working with them now and optimistic Grantify will help us raise the non dilutive capital we seek and need.

The platform is super easy to use and enables you to build a thorough and comprehensive grant application

Easy to use, actionable feedback, extremely clear about how to frame the various narratives.

Editor comments bring you back to the substance and consistency of your answering where you (inevitable) sometimes get distracted by the daunting and (often) challenging detail that must be submitted. Editor also makes work to understand the proposal substance even when it is quite technical and abstract.

Overall, I am certain that going through Grantify has led to a significantly enhanced chance of winning.

Who is Grantify for: People up for learning, and putting in effort to execute on what they have learnt, knowing that there is support in the background to streamline the process and ensure quality. I have learnt much more through the process than I thought I would. And I feel that not only this application is positively impacted, but others i may do in future.
Who is grantify not for: People in a rush with very little time to put in the grant application. Grantify do not all the work. You have to put a lot of effort, especially in the early stages. AI guides and expert feedback/ support teams assist, but it is not possible to complete the application without considerable effort.

As long as you have time to devote to this, I'd say it is very worth it. I hope to continue to get lots of feedback for the final stage, so I can best maximise my chances. I have a feeling the (limited) negative reviews are mainly people who hope to find someone that will do the whole job for them. You need to go into Grantify with the right mentality, to learn and through that, maximise chances.

the tool combined with the assessors works really well. the simplification of the innovate uk process and the assessor knowledge is also something really useful. not sure about the costs though per grant

For someone who had never applied for a US grant, Grantify's team and tools took me from Zero to 90%. Hopefully, my application shall make it all the way to 100%. Without Grantify - now having seen the type of submission data required - I'd say my chances to win NSF Grant (likely others too) would be 10% or less if I had attempted the submission myself. Fingers crossed!

Tight character limits increase self-editing and polish responses. Comments by reviewers were clarifying.

Outstanding. I used their Platinum service. The grant writer was superb. The grant writer assigned to me has a 54% success rate...which is pretty awsome considering that 95% of innovate UK grant applications fail. Ive been in business for 30 years. Ive successfuly raised funds previously. I will use Grantify again.

Over promised on the ease of application, after a huge amount of work they did not follow up on the initial application and there was zero feedback on the final decision. Great at sales, very poor at execution.

We worked with Hiba on our R&D claims. The process was thorough and highly professional, ensuring the claim was fully defensible before even attempting to submit to HMRC. I appreciated the multiple feedback loops and, of course, the successful outcome.

Did not represent value for money. Their grant writers do minimal support and we ended up doing a lot of work for an ultimately failed submission. The extra benefits are pretty much valueless. As an offering its a little scammy.
