Solid platform which made it great for newbies and would definitely recommend.
However, we felt that although 2 'expert' analyses of the proposal were promised, the first was more of a spelling check from an office junior which meant that when we did get an expert's feedback (who was very good btw), it meant a huge amount of rewriting even though we had already reworked the proposal as per the original analysis.

Really great service, very friendly, responsive, high quality feedback and a smart, intuitive platform. Would highly recommend.

I understand why they do what they do, they are literally the best gamble, you get your money back, so its literally service and a free bank account! If you win the award, its a penny in the bucket you pay... Recommend 100% for fintech and biotech entrepreneurs...
