Great experience, the team were very kind adjusting the experience to my request. only downside i would say is the price for size but aesthetic and process was 10/10 and tasted incredible - top quality ingredients!

I ordered before arriving in London. The ladies were so attentive, made it so easy to surprise my partner at the hotel and the board was delicious beyond description- the truffle was my fav. We loved the detail to see where everything was from.

After experiencing some issues with the courier, I contacted the Team of Grape&Fig, who were surprisingly helpful and willing to guide me on the next steps. Very grateful for their assistance and quality of their services and products!

It was very easy to order online and team were very nice calling me day before to confirm the details. I collected my platter which was packed in a very nice box. The platter was beautiful. Very tasty cheeses and every one in party loved the presentation and taste. The crackers were so delicious next time I will get more of them. If you are looking for a platter which is artistic, tasty and beautiful definitely order from Grape and figs. Your guest will be very impressed. I ordered from grape & fig for my dad’s 70th birthday lunch in September and I have never been to happy with something I’ve ordered online!! The staff was so helpful and were calling me to make sure what I had ordered would be suitable. The charcuterie board was a piece of art and so tasty! I would 100% use them again! I just need to find another occasion :)

The customer service was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was super helpful. We ordered 4 platters for an event. The 2 Grazing platters we ordered were fabulous and looked great. We were a bit disappiointed with the Afternoon Tea Platter - just felt this was overpriced for what we received - would not order this again

Wow! Where do I start. From being to end fabulous customer service. The grazing boards were both delicious and stunning. So beautifully presented it was a shame to eat them. The brioche bun selection is still being discussed as to which we loved the best 😂 So blown away by you and your fabulous business Thank you x
