I have been shown failings of a previous legal representative, as well as a former employer with action being taken.
Advice has been great, easy to understand and not made to feel like a fool for asking basic questions.

I was treated very badly by my employer, and it was not easy to even consider filing a claim for direct racial discrimination. I worked with Grapple Law for just two weeks, and after filing my ET1, my claim was accepted and served to the respondent within 12 hours. The Tribunal had no hesitation in accepting the claim. Although at first I was extremely sceptical of using Grapple Law, it became very clear very quickly that it was an extremely capable system. What's more, unlike the conventional lawyer route, I could discuss legal matters at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, and recieve answers and advice back within seconds.
