Chicken Liver one of nature's superfoods including an abundance of vitamins and minerals like Vitamin B12, Vitamin A, Choline, Pantothenic Acid, Niacin, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Zinc, Selenium, Phosphorus, Iron, Copper, and much more!

Ships frozen in a one-pound package, product can be thawed and refrozen if you can't enjoy within the refrigerated shelf life of one week.

The flavor is great. The issue I had is that when it thaws out the product is watery and difficult to use. In the end it is not a cohesive item.

Not my favorite flavor, but a staple in my diet nonetheless. I just like having a variety of organ meats available for better nutrition. I usually have a slice with my huge noon salad.
