we buy all of our chicken from US Wellness. This chicken is the best as far as thighs go! We only eat Chicken sold by US Wellness - We do not trust anyone else.

pop these on the smoker, low and slow for about 1 1/2 hours with cherry wood (also used apple wood) and they are tender and moist with a mild smoke flavor

I would still buy these if they were in a larger pk like 1.25, or 1.5 lb pkgs. Always very tasty.
Tastes good, even though I thought it smelled a bit off when raw.
OOPS! I wrote it backward. So, I'll just add the Marrow Bone story here. I had never used Marrow bones in soup until a year ago. OMG! What a difference it made. The texture and the flavor were off the charts. I now purchase them to add more depth of flavor. Total YUM!

Sometimes they are tough/chewy. Also sometimes the package leaks.
Nothing I can think of.
Purchased for husband, who was not impressed. Small thighs were very disappointing for the price. Not likely to buy again.
Delicious and full of flavor! I will be buying these a lot more often especially when they are on sale as pasture raised is so much better & can count on no soy or corn in the feed as organic chickens are given.
I pull the skin off even though I would love to have it all crispy but I m on a low fat diet. Best slow cooked/grilled.

So US Wellness chicken sends me back 60 years! Why? Because that's as the last time I had juicy, tender and "meaty" chicken. There was even a "little" cooking curve when preparing, as it needed a little less time and not so much added spice. Just so good!!
