Be sure that you have, or can obtain, the authority from the cemetry before giving Graveclean the go-ahead. Once they have this, they do a fantastic job.

Coordinating from the US, I expected this to be challenging, but Graveclean made the restoration effortless. They were transparent, efficient, and went above and beyond by helping identify the correct plot and keeping me informed throughout. I found GraveClean when I was looking to have my Grandma's headstone cleaned. The headstone was almost unreadable and had never been cleaned since it was put up in 1977. The pricing and process of purchasing was very simple and straightforward. There was a delay caused by the local council trying to charge me for the privilege of using the GraveClean service, but Lynne was extremely helpful and between us managed to get the sign off without fees from the council. Work was then carried out in a swift manner and when I received a photo of the completed work it surpassed my expectations. The headstone looked like it was a brand new. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend to anyone, especially as I had received previous quotes from other companies for more than £700. GraveClean's fees are affordable I would imagine to most individuals or families.

I got two estimates for regilding a small bible on my parents grave stone and went with Graveclean as theirs was very reasonable (the other one was 3 times as much and they wanted to remove the bible from the main stone)
Both Lynne and Helen were so helpful with advice and friendly service. The regilding has been done within a month with no need to remove the bible from the stone. I don't know who actually did the work but thank you very much as you have done a brilliant job it looks wonderful now.

Communications were amazing, even after I returned to Australia. The restoration of my Mum's headstone was unbelievable and the company went out of their way to fulfil the job, dealing with a difficult local council and all the paperwork and permits required. They also arranged for a plaque to be designed and installed in recognition of my Dad.

I found GraveClean online following frustration with our local stonemason.
GraveClean were significantly cheaper than the previous service we’d used 20 years ago.

The white grave stone was pretty much grey from years of weather and our expectations weren’t high…however, the completed work was extraordinarily good and cleaner than I imagined possible.
