A first class experience from beginning to end
The experience was first class from beginning to end. Lynne was very helpful and extremely professional. She even allayed my fears of having to pay upfront by providing names of places I could check the company out. The results are amazing. They look like new stones (we hadn’t realised just how dirty they were). I would highly recommend this company.

We had seen the company on social media and our sons stone was not looking great after 10 years,so we contacted the company and from the start they were professional, helpful, prompt, and when I contacted them with any questions they responded very quickly, they have done a first class job, absolutely delighted with the finished job, I would definitely recommend this company!!

Great service
Great service, kept in touch via email. Before & after photo which was really good to see the difference. Only thing we did not realise was the charge the council made on top, which was nearly 3/4 of the price of the clean. Recommend totally.

We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the service, our communication, and the before-and-after photographs — we know how important it is to see the difference, especially if you can’t visit in person.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the council charge. Where a local authority applies a separate permit or supervision fee, this is set entirely by the council and paid directly to them. We do actively question these charges and, wherever possible, ask councils to waive or reduce them, as we don’t always feel they are fair or proportionate. Unfortunately, the final decision always rests with the council.

Excellent professional service
From start to finish the team at Grave Clean have been fantastic. Lynne was great in advising me what was needed and kept in contact with me throughout the process. My relative’s headstone was, I thought, beyond repair with years of ground in dirt and lettering missing, however now looks like new, the stone is completely cleaned and the lettering restored. We couldn’t be more happier with the result and would recommend Grave Clean to anyone.

A huge thank you to Lynne and the team!! I requested for the lettering to be redone on a family grave. The team reviewed the grave, cleaned this and then come back to me with some recommendations (which was so perfect.) They were so professional and more importantly, knowledgeable to what was needed. A lot of people don’t know how to properly take care of graves so it was a pleasure to be able to trust GraveClean to do this for us

Would never have believed a headstone could look so good
I wanted to get my great-grandparents' headstone cleaned up because after 60 years in the graveyard their names were hardly visible under the dirt. This meant a lot to me as I had recently lost my grandmother, their daughter. She had wanted to be buried with them but logistically this wasn't possible. I felt like the next best thing to do would be to make sure their headstone looked like new again. I had no idea where to start with this but Lynne at GraveClean talked me through the process before I decided. Then she handled everything, from informing the church, to finding the cleaner. I didn't have to do anything. The before and after photos are stunning and I am so happy my great-grandparents' grave now looks cared for again. I feel like they would be touched and so would my grandmother.
