They don't have a posted customer support that is accessible. I attempted to email them with the contact information on their policy and got an email stating they don't check this email anymore and I need to download their new app. I tried that with the login I've accessed their platform and it doesn't work. They don't have a phone number or any way to reach them. They keep billing my account and I had to dispute the charges. If I knew that it would be this much of a pain to cancel a subscription I wouldn't have signed up.
