The items that I ordered were the worst quality I have ever seen so cheap and just ugly nothing like the photos and customer service was ridiculous to get a return. They will not issue a full return. They’ll give you a partial return or you have to pay to ship it back to China do not buy from them.

I would give no star if I could. The dress was horrible quality and the return policy is a joke. Do not buy from them

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The dress I received looks nothing like what was advertised on the website. The material, fit, and overall design are completely different from the photos shown.

I even sent photos to the company to show the differences, but they insisted the item matches their listing, which I strongly disagree with. This feels very misleading and not what I expected at all when placing my order.

Buyers should be cautious…what you see online may not be what you actually receive.

They are not in NY. They are in the Guangdong Province of China. Their 30 day 100% guarantee policy requires you to ship the return to China, at your expense. For comparison, a 14x19 mailer that weighs less than a pound will range from $120 to $210 dollars to return. Their next offer is to give you a 10% discount on unwearable clothing. So they still make money off of literally unwearable clothing. It’s cheap material, poorly constructed and in every sense, unwearable. So while they may make it look good and inexpensive, the cheap will only come out expensive with this company.

Deceptive ads: the clothing is poor quality. Unfair return policy: you must ship the return internationally at your own cost. They claim things get lost in customs at at your own risk, so no guarantee you'll receive a refund.

Nothing what was advertised! Thought I was getting quality cotton shirts. After a month of waiting for shipment to arrive, opened package to find cheap polyester clothing. Return policy is ridiculous! Can’t return to Chicago distribution center. Can only send back to china at 3x the price paid for the clothes. They offer a 20% credit to keep the clothes.🤬

AGAIN! I received my dress last week. Too large, overwhelming. Slip is 6" shorter than the dress!
Ive sent 3 mails requesting return instructions and refund. No response.
I am very disappointed as you boast a wonderful return policy but don't follow thru.

BEWARE---very deceptive in advertising their products, nothing close to what the photo projects!!!! Now I'm stuck with product because of the risk in returning items. They tell you returning products is at your own risk because package may get loss.

That is a VERY generous 1 star. Grayson & Porter is horrible! I ordered a 2 piece summer pants set. The fabric was misrepresented; as was the sizing. I am 5'5" and weigh 170. I generally wear a size 16 or extra large. I purchased an extra large. I am a seamstress and have worked on all types of fabrics. I have designed and built everything from performance ice skating costumes to prom dresses. The fabric of the product was pure cheap acetate. No give and completely sewn by serger. No seam allowances on a fabric known to fray out at stress points.
I have to pay the return shipping costs back to Asia if I want a refund on the product. Keep in mind that when they get the product they decide if it "qualifies" for refund. So, now your item is in Asia and may or may not pass inspection for refund. They claim to be a New York company. It is all bait and switch. Buying from Ross I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger dress for 33.00 and I am guaranteed a 30 return window. Don't trust anything you see on Grayson & Porter. The website is alluring. They use all the buzz words that entice one to buy. Quality is terrible, sizing is inaccurate and refund policy is dicey.

They are a scam. Though they try to help.but refuse to give money back. I lost a decent amount.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I give away better clothes.
Sadly im embarrassed to give these items away.

I wish I could give it a 0. The dress came it’s made out of paper. It’s about a size small instead of xl. 3 emails to get the address to return and then you have to send it to china and there are a lot of rules or you don’t get your money back. Things that are out of your control. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Honestly, if there was a "zero" star, that is what I would give it. I received my order about 3 weeks after placing it. The actual outfit (top/pants) looked absolutely nothing like the advertised picture. It basically looked like a poor quality pair of medical scrubs. This company represents itself as a US company, and as you know, most of their products are from China. I took the return to UPS and they said it would cost between $200-$300 to return it. I am now off to the post office to see what their price is. This company is quite the scam!

This a fraudulent company. The claimed they delivered my order and their proof of delivery was an AI generated photo of my home. They are not taking any responsibility for their third party delivery service which I never herd before. Even when I reach out to the delivery company that took notes and never got back to me as promised. Still Grayson and Porter and SpeedX delivery are refusing to return my money.

I purchased a dress for a family gathering, and I was impressed with the fit and comfort.

The v-neck top I bought is really elegant and easy to style, and the blouse I chose is perfect for casual outings.

I was honestly nervous ordering a structured coat online because my shoulders are usually a problem area, but this one just works. The cut feels flattering and feminine without trying too hard, and I can layer a sweater under it without feeling stuffed. Kuddos to the delivery too!

I randomly added their cardigan to my cart during the sale and now I’m wearing it way more than planned. It’s cozy without feeling heavy and somehow makes even my lazy outfits look put together..
