Graysons Solicitors Avis

Graysons were amazingly supportive, reassuring and helpful throughout my journey, buying my 1st home. They use an app which was great and meant I could sign paperwork easily and quickly, making the purchase super easy! They were quick to update me with news and really worked hard to speed up the process of gaining my completion date! Would highly recommend!!

A relatively straightforward transfer took over 6 months. There were communication issues between Graysons & the management company, First Port. I had to find a contact number & chase the management company myself. I felt like nothing would get done unless I chased the solicitors at least twice a week. I called on numerous occasions, & never heard back from them. I’m very disappointed with the service I received & won’t be using Graysons again.

Service and helpful

I found the whole experience to be easy with no stress at all . I was always keep updating on what was going on . My lawyer gave me good advice on what to do and how to accept offers being made to me.

Very good service

I did not have to worry about anything. Had the same person dealing with my case from the beginning to the end , I just left it to him, he was very understanding, and very professional.
If ever I needed or friends needed professional help I would highly recommend.

Everything was great thank you

Thank you Graysons Solicitors for helping me with my first home, Laura was my solicitor and she and her PAs David and Emily did an amazing job going above and beyond to ensure everything went through ensuring all all searches were addressed properly. Communication was also effective throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Samantha

They did a great job my only slight complaint is sometimes I had to do a lot of the chasing up. This is understandable as each solicitor must have so many cases to review.

I turned to Graysons Solicitors for assistance with a dental negligence matter after exhausting all other options. Cassie Parker handled my case with a perfect balance of empathy and legal expertise. She provided a clear roadmap for my claim and ensured I was consistently updated me on our progress. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again if needed. Thank you Cassie for all your help!

Caroline and Robyn have looked after all the details so well, including the ups and downs of selling and buying.

They kept us very well informed and acted very fast once information arrived.

A phone chat in the afternoons with Robyn would help calm our nerves and if there was something that could be done there and then Robyn would expedite things mid-call.

We felt included and involved by both Caroline and Robyn.

And on technical and delicate matters we were advised in ways that were deeply reassuring and inspired confidence and trust in us for their work, expertise, professionalism, friendliness and practical approach.

Would highly recommend.

All can say that Jonathan West was ,up front and understanding,in every way to help me throw my time an suffering since my accident, thanks for his help a great asset to the company,
