I received outstanding service from Alfie at The Great British Designers. He was prompt, and genuinely helpful in getting my item delivered to the isle of Lewis. It’s increasingly rare to receive customer service of this standard, and Alfie made it all easy for me. Thank you for making the experience so straightforward and enjoyable.
Absolutely 1st class in every way! I was told by 2 large companies that shutters were not possible without changing my windows. Great British Interiors told me this was unlikely to be true and offered me a free home visit. They measured, quoted, delivered and fitted my shutters to perfection! We'll definitely be back for more rooms now we know it is actually possible to have what we wanted. LOVE THEM! Thank you so much 👏🙌👌
Amazing quality shutters and blinds, great communication and customer service and really respectful of your home, tidying up after themselves and wearing protective overshoes. Absolutely love the way the blinds and shutters have completely transformed the rooms.

Curtains beautifully made but a catalogue of problems round fitting. Things not in stock in time, things left behind, incorrect items brought, incomplete items posted out and this after profuse apologies.Still waiting for the final 4 curtain rings. I'd used for a blind in the past, but never again

We are very sorry that you have been disappointed with the fitting experience. Following our apology we despatched the finials as soon as they came into stock, with an apology gift. We weren't aware that you required more rings for your pole, the poles come with a set amount of rings; however as soon as this was brought to our attention on Monday this week, we despatched the additional rings free of charge. I apologise again for your dissatisfaction with our fitting, I will reiterate your comments to our fitters, as promised. Kind regards, Louise
We’ve just had wood shutters fitted throughout our entire home by Great British Interiors Ltd and I honestly couldn’t be happier.
The difference they’ve made is incredible — they look elegant, feel solid and have elevated every single room. The whole process was smooth, communication was excellent and the installation team were brilliant.
