Over past few days myself and two daughters have struggled with keys opening front door, but last night we couldn’t get in at all. After reporting as emergency I was contacted by Jordan Sykes within 15 mins and he gave an estimated time and arrived within that time. He knew I was panicking about being able to get in and out of house but he was brilliant and was ur me at ease. Lock changed and he even tried to fix a different fault on the sort whilst he was there, which I think is just great when people just go above and beyond. Fantastic response and great work. The repair officer sent is asset to your team.

Very happy with the repairs service
Very happy with the repairs service. Mason sorted my query with my issue I was having in my home and kept me in the loop as to third party attending my property and dealing with my repair of a slight plumbing issue. Job was done within 2 hours. Can’t thank Mason enough.

Unblocked Draining - Happy
Cleaned two drains which we couldn’t manage to do. Also worked really hard by getting equipments too. Definitely recommend these two people for future need

The managers behaviour is aporling favourtisum in this place is a joke by the manger giving one punishment to one person then the other cause I've said things but they said things back so they should have concerquences to
