Great Radiators Avis 243

Order was processed and delivery the next day. 2 of the 3 rads were fine, but there was an issue with a Towelrads unit. Towelrads were very unhelpful and referred me back to Great Radiators who were initially keen to help, but the follow up was not great and eventually stopped replying!

Really pleased with product it turned up 4 weeks early which was a great surprise.
Also no damage very happy.

Great radiators had the specific radiator I needed to complete a customers request for a new radiator. The item was a triple panel triple convector radiator and it was well packaged and delivered in a reasonably quick time to the customers address. I was given a choice of when the delivery would take place.

I asked my son to buy a electric towel rail from them and when I saw the size of the box I asked him to return as was too small. He contacted the company who said we can’t return it as it’s made to measure, which is a lie as it is sold as stock on their website.very unhelpful staff. But will preserve but very stressful. Distance selling regulation clearly states They must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Very disappointed with company and would not recommend buying from them.

The matter has now been resolved thanks to Jade. The Item was returned and we have now received the refund.

Really great service from Jade at Great Radiators in contrast to another company I dealt with recently. Competitively priced, stock was checked with me prior to ordering and VERY fast efficient delivery, could not have been any better!

I bought 2 radiators from GreatRads and the service I received was exceptional. They were delivered the next day for free. The valves I ordered with them were out of stock nationwide but within 10 minutes of me placing my order they called to advise this and found alternatives that were slightly cheaper. Again I received these the next day. I can't fault them, excellent service and value for money. Will definitely use them again in future. Thank you!

The Reina Arlec electric radiators are great value and we are really pleased with the quality, how great they are, how nice they look and we got our engineer to set them, so we just switch on at the plug and press + or -, easy!!!
